Beautiful ornament
The whole experience from ordering to receiving was a great experience. There were no problems whatsoever. All communication was helpful and courteous. The mother, daughter ornament turned out beautiful.

Six ceramic ornaments
Ordered six ceramic ornaments. They arrived stacked in one bubble wrap. Glass on glass is never a good idea. Each should have been in its own bubble wrap. One was broken. However, Joymade quickly responded and replaced the ornament. The product is well made and quality is great. Great communications. I will order more products from them.

Sisters Forever
The Christmas tree ornaments arrived exactly as ordered. Four sisters names beneath each of the four butterflies. These are precious to me because we have a sister right now doing chemo to prolong her life. They were packaged so carefully. Nothing arrived broken. The order arrived swiftly and the product itself is so well made. I can't wait to give them to each of my sisters. It's a rarity these days to receive a product worth more than you paid. I can see why they call themselves "Joymade". They are walkin' the talk of their advertising. Bravo!

Exceptional help from customer service and a beautiful gift!
The product was amazing and a gift for my sister-in-law. The tracking said it was delivered but my SIL said she didn’t receive it. I contacted customer service and they immediately put a tracer on it. They sent me a picture of the package on her porch. I sent that picture to my SIL and she found out her husband had brought it inside with another package. She found it and loved. The help I got finding this is exceptional! Not many companies would spend the time to help an individual customer! Love them!!!!
