Personalized acrylic ornaments

I ordered 5 personalized acrylic ornaments. They were produced beautifully. JOYMADE constantly kept me updated on shipping progress. I am impressed with the company & its products.

The time it took to receive the order…

The time it took to receive the order was way too long! There were updates but the length of time in between the updates was weeks in between.

My experience with your company was…

My experience with your company was good expect for one thing. I had paid for extra postage of $ 3.99 to be labeled fragile and that was not done. I feel I did not get what I paid for and you need to refund me this amount.

Total bait and switch

Total bait and switch! The item advertised was a 3D relief ornament...what i received was a print on cheap plastic. Pathetic tactic, and im relaying my experience to anyone that'll listen. I got that for my disabled wife and im embarrassed to give it to her.

I have 2 existing orders

I have 2 existing orders. Order #’s JM212257422 and JM212266523. I have not received 57422 which was ordered first and your tracking help says it doesn’t exist with my email address even though I have numerous emails from you about it. 66523 has been delivered to the wrong address. Please help.
