Bad advertising

The ornaments on the website make it look more like 3D instead of just the flat plastic ones I received! Very disappointing.
The only reason I gave it a 2 was because of how nice and polite the customer service was.

The coffee mugs are cute, but the names are very small.

The service was good

The service was good and the communication was very helpful but not in love with the product. I knew it was 2D but it’s no where near as sparkly looking as the ad. It’s just a personalized ornament that I will put on my tree. Love that it has my whole family on it but not that impressed with the product itself. Sorry.

Unique but not as expected

The delivery was quicker than expected and the package was securely placed as requested. The packaging was excellent and the product was not totally as l wanted. The lettering for one name was very small which off balanced the appearance. The quality of the mugs were below average but acceptable. That rates 4 out of 5 as a result.

I ordered 5 personalized acrylic ornaments. They were produced beautifully. JOYMADE constantly kept me updated on shipping progress. I am impressed with the company & its products.
