This ornament was exactly what I expected which isn’t usually the case with other companies I have ordered from so I will order more from Joymade for sure knowing I will get what I wanted.

The delivery was fast.

The delivery was fast.
The product was flawless.
It will be used for a very long time.
Only concern was the default picture on the order, was not what was ordered. However it arrived correct.
Maybe put actual picture on order not a default picture.

My product was perfect

My product was perfect. I ordered the coffee cup. I was kept up to date on where it was in being delivered. I appreciate that. It came and was well wrapped for protection. It was a very y good experience. I would definitely order from this company again.

Bad advertising

The ornaments on the website make it look more like 3D instead of just the flat plastic ones I received! Very disappointing.
The only reason I gave it a 2 was because of how nice and polite the customer service was.
