I love this ornament

I love this ornament. It came out perfectly with all our names and the pretty butterflies. I received it sooner than I expected, in plenty of time. I know my sister is going to love it.

I ordered 2,but 1 came with the

I ordered 2,but 1 came with the stems broken off the flowers. The one that arrived intact is beautiful!!

They were bubble wrapped so I’m not sure why this would happen and I was not going to complain, but since I received an offer to give a rating and encouraged to make a comment. Makes me wonder if USPS man-handled the box on the wrong side as this has been the situation here a time or two.
Anyway the sweet bouquet is precious!

It’s perfect.

It was exactly as described. It’s flat not dimensional so I was expecting that. The color & workmanship was awesome. I’m going to order two more for my other grandsons. I ordered this one first so see if I liked it. I did!

I am so thrilled with the 15 oz

I am so thrilled with the 15 oz. mugs I ordered for my 3 adult children. The mugs were great quality and the printing, including their names, was perfect. I highly recommend this company. Thank you

Error in printing corrected

I ordered a specialty printed t-shirt for my husband for our anniversary. When the shirt arrived, one of the letters in his name was missing half of the letter. I sent an email and a photo of the problem. They did send a replacement t-shirt which was perfect. I gave 4 stars because the delay in receiving the properly printed item made it late for our anniversary. Otherwise the service and replacement item were fine.
