Had just the item I needed
This company had the item I needed with a lower price I could find other places. This is my first time using this company and was skeptical at first but then checked them and they had a high rating. The shipping is a little slow so if you are willing to wait for your item it won’t be a problem.

Had THE part I needed!
Needed a tube for a 6-year old hearing aid and Japebo was the one who had it. Website was easy to navigate. Price was reasonable and most importantly the correct part. Easy repair at home (audiologist and hearing aid company said they weren't able to do it due to the age of the device?!?!). Thanks to Japebo, I was able to it!!!

This is a great product
This is a great product. It is not made in the USA which I knew before purchasing. It is new and not used. It works perfectly. I am pleased with the purchase. I am a little surprised at the price. With everything going up in price I guess I should not be so surprised.
