Very Satisfied Customer
I am so pleased to find the Phonax parts for my daughter's hearing aids. The Japebo website was easy to navigate, and I was able to place my order in a few short minutes. I did pay the extra shipping charge as my family was going out of town. It was worth it to receive them in record time. I will be reordering from Japebo.

This is my second purchase from Japebo, the only company I found that correctly listed the size of the Concha Lock that I wanted to buy. The order from Denmark takes a little while to go through US Customs so it's not something to think of as a 'last minute' purchase. I'm willing to wait.
