While I am grateful that this company…

While I am grateful that this company was willing to fill my order of replacement tubes for my Signia Hearing Aids, despite being halfway around the world (in Australia) and in quick time, the only criticism is, that on checkout, I discovered the transaction was in American,not Australian, dollars, minus the descriptive symbols, USD/AUD. (adding to the cost, on conversion) Overall though, I'm a very happy customer

Sport locks

I needed sport locks for my hearing aids. The site was easy to navigate and by entering basic information about my device it provided the exact match for my device. Ordering was also easy and my order shipped promptly, was well packaged and arrived intact.
Overall it was a positive shopping experience.

Quality product

I realize I could be ordering something from Amazon for my hearing aid needs but, I want quality and that is what Japebo offers. I don't want a knock off that doesn't work and the item I ordered is exactly what was needed. Quality where it counts.

You are fully welcome to return the accessory. We can arrange a return for credit/refund in line with your right of withdrawal. Please email us at info@japebo.com with your order reference 29032, and we will reply with clear return instructions right away. If anything in the process has been unclear so far, I apologise — we will make sure you get straightforward guidance.

Duty and import taxes
Regarding the duty/tax: these charges are set by US customs authorities and are collected on import. Unfortunately, we do not control these fees, and they are not something we can refund or waive from our side. We understand it’s frustrating, especially when the order didn’t match what you needed, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

To clarify the situation: the item you purchased was not compatible with your hearing aids. We did not provide a recommendation for this model prior to the order, and we did not receive a request for guidance before the purchase was placed.

We also note from our email correspondence that the return was only sent back recently, as you were away on vacation. For that reason, the refund has not yet been processed. As stated in our returns policy, refunds are completed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and checked in at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the refund is issued.
