I don’t buy often but I love your hair line. I had bought this same wig a couple weeks ago and my sister took it from me because she loved it, so I had to buy it again. Thank you Idefine!

This is my first time ordering a wig at all. I liked the wig I picked. It was easy to order. Beyond that I have to wait to get the wig, to decide whether or not I am satisfied and will order again.

I’ve never used a wig before so I’m just hoping that it will be easy maintenance and easy to put on without it looking fake! I don’t know if when it arrives if it’s easy to just put on or if there are a bunch of steps to take? I will do another review after I get the product

I love your wigs but the shipping takes so long before you receive them. Other wise I love their products.

I hate that the price changes as the choices are identified from $99 to $139. This is ridiculous. If th wig cost $99 final price should be $99, if it cost $139 the customer should be prepared that the final price is $139 without bonus reductions.

Lots of choices, but I would like see more unstyled units and less models.

Don't honor return policy
Spent close to $200 on a wig and when I asked to return it due to a horrible smell, they told me to just wash it and let it air dry for a few days. WHAT?
Also the unit I ordered LOOKED NOTHING like the photo in both style and color.
The icing on the cake is that I am a loyal customer w more than 3 other satisfied purchases and positive reviews YET THEY STILL WONT REFUND MY $$$. I even offered to PAY RETURN SHIPPING. NOPE.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do NOT RECOMMEND. Never buying from them again.

I’m vary happy with the wigs this is my third wig from this company and I vary happy with my wigs. But what I’m not happy about is how they price the wig at one price but at checkout the price change and the discount no longer matters

The pictures are helpful and the cap construction illustration. I am frustrated though in that I never know what color the model is actually wearing…. And there are many shades of brown. I need dark, but not black.

The variety of wigs in different styles, colors, and availability are consistently in stock. The staged settings and models are unique to people of color. This is my third purchase from this vendor.

I currently do not have any suggestions for improvement.

Too many xtras to place a full wig order. It shoukd already be included. How do I know this. I only order from Luvme. This is my first time ordering from you. Based on the hair and how it looks when I receive it and what my stylist thinks of it will determine if I ever order from you again.

I am a first time customer and will never make another purchase. This company has a return policy that they will never honor. Instead, they use a tactic to wear you down by asking for photos and additional reasons for the return. It's hard for me to believe their 5-star reviews are legitimate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Easy to navigate through website

I ordered a wig for a special event. I received the wrong wig. I'll have to make do with this wig. I don't like it but it will have to do. We need to make this purchase right. I didn't spend that money to receive the wrong wig.

Way to navigate website. The texture and feel of these wigs are amazing! Good, quality wigs!
