I have ordered a few wigs so far and I am absolutely happy with my purchases. They are soft, true to color and fit amazing and they are so beautiful. Customer service is also amazing, if you have any questions or concerns they will work with you.

So, I had posted the below review while I was in the midst of getting my refund, only for them to threaten to not refund me if I didn't remove my review. I removed my review and have gotten my refund after going back and forth for weeks and being lied to repeatedly. I will not be removing this review, so they'd better not ask. DO NOT purchase from this company.

"I’m sick and tired of going back and forth with these people about a wig I purchased that looked NOTHING like what was shown on their website. Not only that, they cut way too much off, thinning out the density and an INSANE amount of flyaways, likely as a result of the poor cut. They have a 30 day policy (which is written in a very confusing manner, likely one of their various methods of trying to get out of refunding you) and wants to go back and forth with you every 2-3 business days about a return. I don’t want you to try to sell me another wig, I don’t want your measly $80 for a $700+ purchase and I don’t want to go back and forth with you for 30 days so you can trick me out of a refund at day 31. Don’t tell me you don’t want to refund me over a 1cent plastic bag with a number on it like you don’t know whose wig was just sent back to you. When I packaged it with the original shipping bag included. Don’t tell me you need pictures of it before I send it back when I already sent you pictures of it and you cleared me to return it! I can go on and on. Do not trust this company. Did I mention it took WEEKS for them to ship it in the first place? Contrary to what their website promised? You’re playing a dangerous game with your money if you buy something from this place. Buyer beware. I better have my refund in 2 business days like your website promises too. Absolutely obnoxious company."

I have ordered two wigs so far from Jessie’s wig. I have also ordered from a couple other companies. The quality of Jessie’s Wigs are amazing. They have beautiful HD lace that melts into your skin. Barely needed to cut any excess as I get pre cut. The knots are truly bleached as some companies claim but it is not always the case. I love the hair and how it feels. Extremely soft & Full. Beautifully colored and smells great. No shedding!!! I will only order Jessie’s Wigs from here on out. 10/10 ohh not to mention comfort which is everything!!!! Extremely comfortable hands down.

The wig I recently received. When I opened the package, I noticed a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the wig. The smell is unusual and makes me concerned that the item may have been previously used or not properly stored.
I would like to clarify the meaning of “sealed” in this situation. A sealed wig means the item is fully closed in its original packaging, unopened, and protected from any outside odors, contamination, or prior use. This is important because it guarantees that the product is new, clean, and hygienic when it reaches the customer.
The wig I received had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival, which suggests it may not have been properly sealed or stored before shipping.
Since a new product should arrive sealed and free from any odor.

I returned the wig after waiting 18 days just to get it. I still haven't received my $500 return!!!!! It's been almost 2 weeks. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Literally fighting for my life just wanting to boost my confidence and this was a nightmare. The hair was pretty, just only for a big head.

This wig is beautiful and soft. It fits well and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

This is my favorite place to purchase from so far, I love the selection of colors with different highlights, lengths, and styles. They're reasonably priced and offer promotions in addition as well. They arrive with bonus gifts each purchase and always follow up making sure everything arrived as ordered. Always love getting their pink box in the mail!

Awesome wig! Just like my real hair, I can curl it or do anything to it. Def buy wigs from here, you will not be disappointed!

The wig is truly fantastic! Indistinguishable from real hair! Nice and airy around the head, and with a little extra petite trim, your unique cap fits wonderfully!

I LOVE my new wig!!! I took a chance ordering from Jessie’s wig after seeing it on social media and was happy when I got a great product. The cap fits my head perfectly and it has a nice band in it. The hair itself is so soft, and manageable, it was styled nicely out of the box and looked so natural. Wore it for a full day at work and it was comfortable. Got a lot of compliments. Definitely gonna order some other colors and lengths. I got the glueless Cathy wig for reference. 💗

I had done some research on different companies and kept coming back to Jessie’s Wigs, which I’m glad I did! I just received Yara and it’s so beautiful, realistic and holds heat well. I was also very impressed on their level of communication!

Received the first Medical wig today and love it. I ordered one just a little shorter and hope it will be the same nice soft quality human hair as the first wig. This is my second purchase from Jessie's Wigs. I absolutely love their pieces. The hair is extremely soft - softest human hair pieces I have. These wigs are also very easy to wash and brush out. Trust me, if you have wigs that are difficult to brush after a wash, you will know how lovely it is that Jessie's Wigs are easy to brush when wet. There is also very little shedding with the wigs. On my newest piece, I did a custom head measurement and love how it turned out. I got at least 5 complements on my hair today at work. For the price of a Jessie's Wigs, you receive great quality with a nice looking hair natural line.
