Too many xtras to place a full wig order. It shoukd already be included. How do I know this. I only order from Luvme. This is my first time ordering from you. Based on the hair and how it looks when I receive it and what my stylist thinks of it will determine if I ever order from you again.

I am a first time customer and will never make another purchase. This company has a return policy that they will never honor. Instead, they use a tactic to wear you down by asking for photos and additional reasons for the return. It's hard for me to believe their 5-star reviews are legitimate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Easy to navigate through website

I ordered a wig for a special event. I received the wrong wig. I'll have to make do with this wig. I don't like it but it will have to do. We need to make this purchase right. I didn't spend that money to receive the wrong wig.

The wig that I purchased was priced at $119 with a $10 off however when I checked out you charged me $164 and there was no way to back out and review

I have purchased several wigs from this company. Although I am pleased with each wig none of them look as they do on the pictures. It is not even possible to part the wig in the same spot that the part is on the picture. Despite that I have gotten many compliments on the product. I say to them why risk a good product with false advertising.

The purchase process was fairly easy and I love the fact that the wigs come styled already, at least that is what I was told by a rep. I will review after I have received my item.

The ordering process is amazing, fast and easy. The only thing I would definitely want improved and I think most would agree is more pictures of the actual unit that would be sent. It's wonderful to have models showcasing the units, all styled and done up, but I want to see what I'm actually going to receive and how it's really going to look in different natural lightings and how it comes styled. It's very unnerving to be spending so much money and not knowing if you're getting what is shown. But I hope for the best and you do have the best units I've seen, and I've been looking. This was my first time ordering here and I haven't received my order yet so hopefully everything is good and I will absolutely be ordering again, thank you!
