Purchased a supposedly brown/black wig. When I received it, it was definitely a lighter color brown. To return wig, I was offered 30% return and 20% off another wig or my entire purchase of what I originally paid. However to return wig would cost the same as what I paid originally. In the end, I only received a third of what I spent. I will never order anything that pertains to wigs online. Buyer beware.

After understanding it was being custom made I understood the time issue which was the biggest issue that I had. The wig was perfect when finally received. Customer service was quick to respond. Do wish there was some way to personally track the order.

This site is a complete scam. All the videos and pictures they use on their site to show their wigs are stolen content from legitimate companies advertising. Do a little searching yourself and you'll see.

The website made it easy to select the wigs that I liked and accessories such as a wig cap and band.

Great customer service and had good tracking updates the entire time! Would purchase again!

I'm very pleased with the Harriet wig . It matches my natural hair color and is cool to wear in warmer weather. I also love the Rose wig I bought. I feel sassy wearing it!

Fast response time and a natural looking wig

The Perla bob had great texture right out of the box. Buyer beware: The bangs stuck straight out and there was an obvious bump at the crown. It was nothing but laughable. I sent pictures to customer service. I received hints how to fix the problem, what a fail. Nothing worked. Customer service stopped communicating with me. You get what you pay for. After reading reviews, the name CHRIS was everyone’s Customer Service Representative. Live and learn all about a big scam.

After I ordered my wig, I waited a few weeks then reached out to customer service via email. Chris was more than helpful. He sent me an email which was very kind and he showed great empathy. Within 24 hours he had the problem all worked out.

I have 4 wigs that I enjoy, but I was not thoroughly satisfied with any of them. They are too full, the top of the wigs where they part don't look completely natural and I am allergic to some synthetic fibers. I purchased a grey Perla wig from Wigyy. It is extremely high quality, low density, and the hair fiber is extremely soft and pliable. The part looks very natural and the hair fiber is not as shiny as my other wigs. No one will be able to tell that I am wearing a wig. I have a very small head and it is easy to adjust the size of the cap of this wig. I am so grateful to have found Wigyy. I can't afford expensive wigs but now I don't need to spend a lot of money to have a lovely, high quality wigs. The only down side is that it took about 3 weeks to arrive, but it was worth waiting for.

I placed an order with Wigyy on November 28, 2025, in the amount of $70.68 (Confirmation #W82299019). The items purchased were the Chloe Curl Bob Wig with Bang and a Velvet Velcro Wig Fixing Strap Headband.

The order never arrived.

After waiting an extended period of time, I contacted the company to request a refund. Instead of processing the refund, they informed me that they “resent” the order. However, I did not receive the replacement shipment either.

On January 22, I formally requested a refund again. Since then, I have not received any meaningful response. I only receive automated or canned email replies, and the company has not addressed my refund request.

At this point, I have paid $70.68 for merchandise that I never received, and the company has failed to provide either the product or a refund.

I placed an order for 2 wigs 20 December, one arrived in a couple of weeks (not great quality) but the other I'm still waiting for. Countless emails to them and just given the run around,and constantly told it would be shipped in 7-15days, after over 2 months I'm now attempting a refund through PayPal - not holding my breath, dreadful experience never to be repeated

I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it after reading these reviews. “Chris” replied he was happy to modify the order. I replied no, please just cancel. “Chris” replied, “your order has shipped and cannot be cancelled.” What a scam!! I’m sure I’ll get the same ridiculous results if I try to return. I will dispute with my cc company. My advice would be to buy one on Amazon where you can return easily if needed. Don’t buy from a company based in China- at least not directly

NO MATTER WHAT THEY CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN YOUR WIG. The wig I received looked nothing like the one in their advertisement. I contact their service department to return it and was given the run around. First they wanted to know why I was returning it and I told them. Then they wanted a photo of the wig and I sent them multiple pics. but they complained they couldn't open my files. I sent them again twice using different ways. The next email said they were received and asked AGAIN why I was returning it. I answered their questions and then got an email claiming they could not open my files. Now they refuse to answer my emails.

My mother bought two toppers for $125.00, listed as Human Hair, they are both completely made of synthetic fibre. This is false advertising 👎🏻

I bought one blonde bob wig and it looks so natural, I don't feel self conscious wearing it. It also arrived quickly. I want to buy a second one but I'm unable to find the exact one I ordered before, so I ordered about five more! LOL.

I would not give this company any stars, I would actually go into the negative if it were possible. This company will not resolve the issue of a delivery failure. The item I ordered was never delivered, the only notification I got was a picture of a box in a snow bank by a rock with numbers on it, yes the numbers were the same as my house numbers, but no where near my house, and the item was just thrown into the snow. I tried contacting the delivery company, they have no policy on driver delivery failure and I was told to contact Wigyy to resolve the matter, I have attempted over several days to resolve the matter with Wigyy and I was told to contact the delivery company. After several emails explaining over and over that the delivery company has no way dealing with the matter, Wiggy isnt willing to replace the lost item, reimburse my money for losing my item, or even willing to discuss options to rectify this matter. The online customer service agent Chris, should either get more training or be removed from his/her position, as his or her poor customer resolution and ability to solve matters, and uphold company policy is grossly lacking and bordering on negligent. The dismissive and disregard for people when concerns are brought to their attention is what makes doing business online less legitimate. Reality of what buying these cheaply made junk quality products from some slum factory outlet based out of China, conducting immoral practices, so much more obvious.
