Idefinewig Arvostelua

The wig that I purchased was priced at $119 with a $10 off however when I checked out you charged me $164 and there was no way to back out and review
I’m canceling my order poor marketing

Made it easy to order. Thank you.

The products are the top of line, what is advertise is exactly what you received. These products last for at least one year or more. You can’t go wrong with the price. Just love how the products look on me

I have been purchasing from idefine for a while site very user friendly, product is always 💯 and delivery was pretty fast, I will continue shopping with this co, they even have delayed payment options which makes it easier on the pocket book.

You always send the wrong color wig. I order black you send wrong color

I have purchased several wigs from this company. Although I am pleased with each wig none of them look as they do on the pictures. It is not even possible to part the wig in the same spot that the part is on the picture. Despite that I have gotten many compliments on the product. I say to them why risk a good product with false advertising.

The purchase process was fairly easy and I love the fact that the wigs come styled already, at least that is what I was told by a rep. I will review after I have received my item.

I have ordered many wigs from your company. I’m very pleased with the hair it is of good quality. Hardly any shedding. I have ordered from other companies and I was not happy with my order.

The ordering process is amazing, fast and easy. The only thing I would definitely want improved and I think most would agree is more pictures of the actual unit that would be sent. It's wonderful to have models showcasing the units, all styled and done up, but I want to see what I'm actually going to receive and how it's really going to look in different natural lightings and how it comes styled. It's very unnerving to be spending so much money and not knowing if you're getting what is shown. But I hope for the best and you do have the best units I've seen, and I've been looking. This was my first time ordering here and I haven't received my order yet so hopefully everything is good and I will absolutely be ordering again, thank you!

I did not think the site was not User Friendly

Website was easy to use lots of options just placed my first order looking forward to receiving

The wig was very late getting to me. When I did get it it was nothing like what I ordered or the picture. Called customer service to get refund. They kept wanting to give me a discount of 40% off my next purchase when I had told them I was unhappy with my purchase. Sure as heck not going to be ordering anything else from them. The wig looked like something you buy at Walmart for Halloween. When I sent pictures and everything they asked for , they still refused to give me refund and kept giving me the run around. I ended up taking the little refund of $40 bc I got tired of dealing with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Shopping was seamless

Easy process. Nice looking hairstyles.

Ease in ordering.

Great place to visit and buy hair. I get so many compliments on my hair. Thank you.

I always say that great customer service is the key to a great company. Even a company with ok products, but great customer service will get loyalty from me. Idefinewigs is a great company to work with. Great customer service and high quality products. I have only received 1 wig that was completely different that what I ordered, but guess what they took care of it immediately. I have referred all of my friends looking for a great wig to idefinewig. If you are waiting to order because you are unsure I would no hesitate any longer place your order

Awesome lightweight wigs, made with beautiful, quality hair! So many styles to choose from. Easy ordering, and fast shipping!
I have bought several wigs from this company, and never had an issue with any of them.
Love this company. 🫶
