Order#000293304. I purchased two wigs from this company, and it took more than two weeks for them to arrive. When I finally opened the package, both wigs had a very strong, unpleasant odor that smelled like fish. The smell was so bad that I couldn't even bring myself to try them on. This was extremely disappointing, especially after the long wait. I will be returning both wigs and expect a full refund. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

So far, my experience has been very positive with using the website. I have found your wigs to be of high quality and will be recommending you to my friends.

You charge a lot to exchange a wig. My 1st time ordering. I won't be ordering another wig from you. Bad customer service 😑.

Fast and easy. Clear photos and instructions.

Beautiful wigs!!!! JUST PLAIN AWESOME!

The wigs I ordered were not the wigs I received. They tried to get me to keep the horrible wigs but I insisted on returning them to China and it did not matter the cost. I want a complete refund of $228.74. This company is a ripoff. Do not order from them, I repeat do not order from I define. The positive reviews you are reading have been purchased or the reviewers are first time wig purchasers. Why can't I post pictures because the pictures of the product they promise are not a reflection of the wigs I purchased and I have proof. I want the whole world to see these photos. Don't be fooled like me.

I was very disappointed with my wig order! It was a total waste of money! The color combination looked nothing like the photo. Very different! I really thought they sent me the wrong wig! I will never order from them again unless it is free!

I have had a really good experience with this company. Their response to my questions have been timely. I have again orderd another piece and am hoping that the style is right for me. Either way I will keep the piece to change it up a bit.

The ordering process was not bad but it didn’t say how long it would take to receive the order

The wig arrived completely different than what the photo showed online. The straps to tighten in the back, the holes to hook the strap to, were seen shut from the top so you have to twist the strap to get it in the bottom if the hole and then it slides out. The hair is severely damaged on the ends. Advertised as 100% virgin hair but it's not virgin hair if you dye it. I sent photos along with my order number to have it returned. They replied but now says they need verification i haven't cut the lace. I've already sent them photos. I can't reply with the same photos because they blocked photos from being sent.

Very easy to purchase! I am excited and looking for to my new hairstyle!

Everything was great. The work is perfect. It looks just like you did on the photo very pleased. I’m actually wearing two more wigs.

I have received this email for feedback and still haven’t received a confirmation email for my order. So I don’t know if my order is confirmed, cancelled or money taken

The website was easy to manage. I love the wig. Can’t wait to wear it.

I’ve purchased maybe 4-5 wigs from them and I truly believe they are making some of the wigs based off a picture b/c items come looking completely off. Order a brown lace front with waves you get a brown lace front all the correct selections but with curls. They will offer a discount but for unique looks you will get something different and have to get a stylist. From that perspective more money needs to be spent making it frustrating.

I've ordered over 30 wigs from this company in the past year. Consistency and great workmanship. Beautiful flattering styles and what you see in the picture is what you get.
Love Idefinewig

Your wigs are so beautiful!! I don’t like a lot of hair! My wig is the length and density I wanted!! I was so satisfied I ordered a second one!!! I will forever buy from you all!! Ythnx
