Idefinewig Arvostelua

I found the wig I wanted, was able to get the additional 10% off and the order and the total time including making a selection was like 10 minutes.

My weekend came very fast and it was beautiful when I took it out of the box very soft very manageable. Once I washed it and let it dry naturally put some conditioner on it. It’s very very nice work very satisfied.

I am a long time idefine wig customer with no issues. My most recent purchase however has knocked all good reviews out the window! The smell of this most recent wig is atrocious!! I could smell it before I got it fully out of the bag.
I have washed and soaked this wig over 3 days and while it’s better, it still stinks and I’m done.

This seems to be the first wig that actually looks like my original hair style before losing my hair. I’m excited to hopefully FINALLY have found the perfect wig. I will definitely post once I receive it!!!

Ease of online purchasing

Easy shopping, excellent product selection and easy checkout.

IDefine is a great company! Your products are good quality, and your products are so realistic. I have a wig from this company, I have worn for a year and I continue to receive compliments about it. I highly recommend this company.

Do NOT order from this company! They sent me the wrong wig twice and never sent me the right one and on top of that only gave me 40%off the second wrong wig and told me I would have to pay shipping to send it back! So I’m stuck with two ugly wigs!

I just hope this time they send what I ask for. I really would like to see more brown hair and also a light weight boho braid 6” or 8” brown … In the meantime keep up the great work!!!

Fabulous in all aspects. Quality, products, customer service. Worth the cost !

The ordering experience was great, however I first called Customer Service, no representative available at the time. I then e-mailed three times to get my shipping address updated. I have heard NOTHING!!!This is unacceptable, poor customer service. I love the wig and really want it, but customer service needs to do better. This will be my first and last order.

Seems to be a good product

I liked the web site and how each wig offered multiple choices.

It was easy to order and the selections are so beautiful it was difficult to select.

Ordering was so easy and reading the reviews were perfect. They are always having some type of coupon going on. And quick shipping. And customer service was excellent

It was very easy and simple make my choice of purchase.

The units are affordable and cute, however, I wish the shipping time was shorter and the smell and coloring wasn't as excessive. I have to wash several times to remove the smell and have the water run clear.

Over all I had a great exoericne love the selction and color options. My only grief is that I never got a shipping update on my order.I ordrer my unit far ahead of time for my event and order in time but it has yet to get here. It has been a few days I was hoping to get what ordered in time.
