Idefinewig Arvostelua

I liked the model and decided to make a purchase. Purchase process was easy and I loved my $10 discount.

The web site worked, I tried to order this wig several times before and got no where. Glad I could order.

Wig looks nothing like what I ordered … Smelled like chemical soup ((barf gross))) !!! Had it processionally washed and styled to TRY to look like photo and no luck … The only good thing about the wig that gets 1 star for human hair … I over paid for crappy low quality… BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast and easy to order. Not to mention, great selections.

It’s been a while but I believe I’ve ordered from you in the past. The previous wig is human hair and looks like I am going it from my scalp. I hope this recent order is as satisfying. If so, I will definitely be ordering from you again. Thanks!

This order is a first for me. The process was quick and easy.

I liked the different styles. I'm hoping the wig I purchased will look like the one advertised.

I have been looking for particular type of wig for a while, and my choosing includes the wig being an original look, human hair and of good quality. This wig has a vibrant color, it’s curly and attractive. It seems easy to put on, and is not overpriced. I also didn’t have to spin a wheel to get a discount for a product. I am excited to get what I ordered soon.

The wig I got looks nothing like the one I ordered, and it not even human hair! I feel as though I was scammed. I will never order another wig from idefine again.

The number of choices and the variety of styles is excellent. The hair is very good quality, feels natural, and looks great on me. This is my second purchase. I will definitely purchase additional pieces.

I've ordered this wig several times before, so it was time to reorder. However, the wig they sent was not the one I ordered; it was completely different. I paid $150 for a wig I didn't request, and I don't like it. The quality was very cheap. The hair looked synthetic when it should have been real. At this point, I'm afraid to order from them again.

Excellent site. Only suggestion invoice should include photo of wig purchased. Thanks

I placed an order only for idefine to use some bogus courier who lied saying they delivered and yet it was not delivered. Now they want to make me look like im a fool requesting images of the supposed delivery in some so called mailroom that doesn’t exist in my building yet I specifically stated that delivery is to be made to my unit. I want my package asap

I love how easy how it was to maneuver. I love my New site

Idefinewig wigs are not good quality not the ones I purchased. Their wigs never look the same what you see online. I bought one and the hair is garbage and some of is not worth the money they are too expensive.

HORRIBLE SMELL. Would not recommend this online wig shop. Cannot get smell out after multiple washes. Cannot even try on wig to judge quality of hair as cannot get it near my face as the smell is so bad. Too expensive to return ship. Threw in gargage. Huge waste of money

Avoid this company! I paid nearly $200 for a caramel brown wig, but they sent me a completely different color mixed with light blonde. When I sent them clear photographic proof that they made a mistake, instead of fixing it, they insulted me by offering a tiny fraction of my money back as a partial refund.
This experience has been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. They expect me to pay out-of-pocket to ship back an item they messed up. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Their customer service is a joke.

The wigs are appealing! However, if it’s not too my satisfaction, I will be returning it. Also, for some odd reason it would not let me create an account.

Every hairpiece that I’ve bought from I define has been the best yet, the only issue I have is waiting on it to arrive, more than 2 weeks almost a month to get here, i’ve put in two orders and I’m waiting to receive them

I found the wig I wanted, was able to get the additional 10% off and the order and the total time including making a selection was like 10 minutes.
