Rubbish product. Strap for iPhone broke after 3 weeks.

Buy 3 parts. Came with one part missing.... I would like return, they agree with this but I should pay postage myself...(I paid myself delivery)...They make mistake i should pay and wait... HOrrible company........
Long delivery time..... I Don't think ,they send money back for missing part...

Order has been “waiting for delivery partner” for two weeks now. Impossible to contact a human only have useless chat option on their website. At this point I don’t expect to receive the items and no way to cancel the order or get money back. Will never shop with them again

TERRIBLE quality. Doesn’t protect your phone at all, my screen shattered the first drop. Parts of the case keep flaking off. Magnet ring NEVER even stuck but scratched up the back of my phone. Looks pretty but that’s all. The screen protector also shattered on first drop of the phone and did not protect the iPhone glass from shattering. Avoid!

DO NOT BUY. Really poor quality case. Shipping took a while, but I don’t mind that for a good product. As soon as I opened it, it felt flimsy. My case is MagSafe, I have now used this quite literally for two days, and the case now has a huge ring mark where the MagSafe charger has been used. Two days! 😂 To be clear I’ve had this charger for two years and used it on multiple cases with no marks at all. It’s not the charger, it’s a very poor quality case that’s barely worth a few pounds. Cheap plastic dressed up as higher end. I’ve now ordered my old case again which is cheaper and was ten times the quality. Can’t stress enough to not waste your money, you’ll get equivalent quality on Shien.

Ordered a phone case and defaulted to an old address. I noticed this immediately but the company would not change the address or cancel my order. It took another week to be processed so plenty of time to make any adjustments. They then charge the cost of any returns so a no win situation! Disgraceful company!

Worst company ever! Products are cheap quality! After a day and a half I finally have an address to send cheap products back but they never gave me label as they stated print label and attached. So I had to spend over £12 of my own money I will never see back to send these cheap products back and to make it worse the company is now saying I didn’t return when I did I have proof and a tracking number! They keep digging there heels! Avoid this company as they are a con and fraudulent. All they care about is getting money and not giving you the products that they say are drop proof! These cases you can get in a place like Temu there that bad quality! So thin cheap plastic that will never protect your phone! There not even in the UK like they state! They are from Germany all there stuff comes out of there and returns are going here IDEAL OF SWEDEN

Complained about a fault in my phone cover and within the hour I had an email with a new order for free and 20% off my next order. Without having to go through the missions of returning the faulty cover

Really bad wouldn’t shop here again!! It looks like many people have had the same experience. When I first ordered their system crashed on me when I went to reorder it turns out the first order did in-fact go through. Their PayPal service autocorrected the addresses both times to a really old one of mine. I realised straight after the orders went through and even though they hadn’t been shipped or processed I wasn’t able to correct the addresses. Terrible customer service! Not impressed at all!

Ordered a phone case. Entered my correct address. Their system didn't record the address correctly. Phone case couldn't get delivered. I "live chatted" with their customer support rep who told me they couldn't fix the address and suggested I crossed my fingers instead because it might still reach me. So don't order from them. BAD, BAD, BAD.

This company sell products that do not work. When trying to complain or get refund it’s a nightmare. Customer service is soooo poor. They make you send tones of videos to prove your point then still don’t resolve the issue.

Det er så ærgerligt, at man ikke kan give nul stjerner, for de har ikke fortjent en eneste.

Modtager en vare, der tydelig er beskidt og tidligere har været solgt til anden side.

Laver en reklamation og sender varen retur og de returnere ikke hele beløbet, men trækker 40 kr i gebyr for at returnere pengene. Det er da en svinestreg uden lige.

Man kan ikke kontakte dem personligt, men tale med en chat. Chatter med en fyr hos Ideal of Sweden, som bliver træt af, at jeg ikke er tilfreds og stopper chatten midt i samtalen.

Det er så mega dårlig service. Kommer aldrig til at købe hos dem igen og vil aldrig anbefalde det firma til nogen

Extremely poor service and no customer service values. Customer service not willing to help change the shipping address when the item was not even shipped yet. It’s a Xmas gift for someone but the product received faulty (phone straps were sewn twisted) and when request for a return/exchange/refund, I have to pay for the shipping cost even though it was a faulty product. I paid for the shipping cost when I buy the product and yet I still have to pay the shipping cost again when the item delivered is a faulty item. Never will I buy from them and will not recommend to friends or family at all. It’s too stressful to be their customer. Not worth the stress.

Terrible customer service. I bought a phone case which had little to no protection and with the first drop of my phone, the whole bottom of my phone was damaged and screen was cracked, even through a screen protector. Customer service took no accountability for their terrible design of a phonecase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a phone case, the only option to pay was through PayPal, it all went through, didn’t let me change the address so now my phone case is going to my old address where I no longer live. Contacted customer services and they will not do anything about it. Waste of money. Wish I never ordered from them.

If I was able to give zero stars that is what I would choose here. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I purchased one of their mobile charging docks to unfortunately find when it arrived that it has a default and will not charge my phone. After following the troubleshooting on their website, I still had no luck so I wrote to customer service to explain and request a pre-paid postal label to return it, as it appeared there would be a large postal cost to return. I was informed that I needed to show video evidence of the fault. Firstly I found this a ridiculous request and have never been asked to do this by any company before, then I realised it would be impossible for me as I needed to use my phone to both record and show the default! I live alone, so could not ask someone else to record the video for me. I explained this to them, but it made no difference. They are refusing to support me with this nor offer a refund possibility at all, unless I share a video. Utterly shocking! I would 💯 recommend you do not buy from this company.

Hvis jeg kunne give nul så var det på sin plads. Har aldrig oplevet en såå lang leveringstid og en dårlig kundeservice. Træls at man har købt produkterne.
