I was so happy with my fist cover although after a while the leather started coming off I decided to purchase the same cover but different colour only. When I received the cover it was all tilted on one side and hence I couldn’t use it. When I sent pictures of the cover the customer support said it wasn’t visible on the images and that I have to take videos with another phone and send to them to prove that it’s a production error and not me purchasing the wrong cover. The whole conversation got too long and I was offered to return the cover at my expense to then receive a refund if it’s a production error. I don’t think this was the right way to handle the issue considering it was the second time I bought for the same phone. Will not buy again from them.

I saw this company advertised in Vogue and upon looking at their website I was impressed to see they were a UK based, hand crafted small company. Not true.
Upon ordering I did think it was slightly suspicious it was referring to international shipping delays and tracking was showing as exiting the country of origin.
It turns out they are drop shipping items cheaply mass manufactured from China. I paid 54.99£ for a laptop case that has not even arrived even though i ordered over 10 days ago, and also is available on sites like Temu and AliExpress for a tenth of the price. Save yourself the money and just order directly from there.
Disappointing and misleading company.

the material of the cases are extremely easily damaged. it started getting scuffed on the sides immediately and multiple edges are broken or coming off. cute for the first day but now after 3 months of having it i need a new case as it’s quite broken.

Purchased both a phone case and card wallet in the lizard skin style with monogramming in gold - couldn’t be happier. Has really elevated my phone and finally I’m not chucking all my cards loose into each different handbag. I would happily recommend to others and would purchase again. When I get a new Mac, I plan to spring for one of their laptop cases as well.

Ordered a phone case from Inserif. It arrived dirty, which I was somewhat willing to overlook. After 2 months it started breaking and peeling. I reached out to them and asked them for a resolution and they said it was “normal” wear and tear. I do not recommend you buy from this company, the case has literal holes in it and the leather is breaking apart. These are not cheap products for the consumer to buy but I expect the company pays less than $1 to make them based on the quality.

The inserif team was SO helpful to me with my order!! I made a mistake when ordering and they immediately helped me resolve it 🥹 they are so helpful and the journal is beautiful! I am very happy!!

I was genuinely excited to order from Inserif, but this has been one of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve had.

I paid for expedited shipping, which did not arrive on time and was delivered to the wrong address. Because of this, I didn’t actually receive the case until weeks after it was marked delivered.

After less than three weeks of normal use, the case began falling apart at the edges. For a product at this price point, that level of quality is unacceptable.

What was even more disappointing was the response from customer support. After providing photos of the damage, I was not offered a refund. Instead, I was offered a “replacement” that required me to pay additional fees, along with a discount code to purchase another case.

Being asked to spend more money to replace a product that failed within weeks is not a reasonable resolution. It reflects poorly on both the product quality and the company’s approach to customer service.

While the design is nice, the overall experience does not justify the cost. I would not recommend purchasing.

Cheap product, broke after a week. Tried to contact customer service for a couple of of weeks now and no response. AVOID!!! Waste of money. Many more professional and generic brands out there.

I ordered a phone case but it doesn’t fit. The product is not produced well and doesn’t stick to the AirPod case. If contacted the support help desk 3 times but no response. Don’t order here, bad quality

OK, so I got the "Sapphire Lizard Texture Personalized Snap Case" for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I'm an interior designer, constantly taking pictures of client homes, so I wanted something pretty of course but ALSO - the point of a phone cover - something protective. These phone covers are well made but are JUST for show. They don't protect your phone whatsoever. They pop right off and if you're using a phone clip/strap thingy, beware: it will slip right out, your phone will fall, and - as mine did - it will get dinged up.
Again, pretty. But unusable unless I keep my phone in my pocket/purse at all times if I am walking across any sort of hard surface lol.
