Jeg er træt af jeg ikke læste anmeldelserne inden jeg bestilte. Jeg venter også på min pakke fra 24. November, og man kan kun komme til at snakke med en robot. Ingen hjælp at hente - og hvorfor skal det tage så lang tid at få sine varer og svar?

Jeg har lige købt en trådløs iPhone oplader som på ingen måder virker?? Den oplader i ti sekunder og stopper helt. Virkelig noget af det værste crap jeg har prøvet. Det er første gang jeg shopper her og har altid haft indtryk af, at det var et lækkert kvalitetsmærke, men kan da se nu at jeg har taget grueligt fejl. Minder om noget man kan købe i tigerbutikken. Spild af penge!

Awful experience! I ordered via Paypal where my address was not the one I wanted to give for this purchase. Now I cannot change the order or cancel it. Money wasted...

Such a shame - I placed and order and the checkout system took my PayPal delivery address, which was incorrect. I contacted the customer service the next morning to ask if the delivery address could be changed - as it had not even left the warehouse yet - but they do not do cancellations or amend deliveries.

The only way to get your money back is returning your order - how can I do that if it's going to the wrong place?!

All the negative reviews are a true depiction of this website. I placed an order for a phone case which clearly depicted on the website included the phone strap and attachment AirPod case. I paid £70 to only receive a phone case. They did eventually send me the strap after waiting weeks. To then be told it doesn’t include an AirPod case. Why is that shown in the photos of the website and in the details it does NOT say the attachment is not included. It was a lot of money for just a phone case and strap. This company is misleading and dishonest. After multiple emails the customer service essentially said it is my fault “it is the customers responsibility to check the photos and details before purchasing so mistakes like this won’t happen”. Well I did fully check the product before buying and it doesn’t anywhere state you do not get the full item. The customer service said they will “of course take it further” and said “yes it can of course be a bit misleading” therefore fully taking accountability that the website depiction is wrong. Yet, the only solution they offered to me was to return the product which I declined to do as this whole inconvenience has taken months and I still need the phone strap. I think they are quick to take your money but not provide you with satisfactory products. I do not have any trust in this company whatsoever and it is one I URGE people to AVOID AVOID AVOID. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

DO NOT I repeat, do not purchase from this company. They are a complete scam. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life. I purchased a case on their website. I received no confirmation email and was suspicious. I contacted their support and they told me that an order did not exist with the email address that I had used so I sent them a screenshot of the payment debited from my card and then they told me that they eventually found my order. They advise me that there was no magnet in the MagSafe case, which ultimately means it is not MagSafe as the whole concept of something being MagSafe is that it is magnetic - so essentially I paid $90 + $30 shipping for a regular case. at that point because I paid for something that was advertised incorrectly and the product description was wrong I asked them to cancel my order. They told me that it was too late and they already shipped my order. They told me that I could simply return the case free of charge. They took weeks to send me order tracking. The case finally turned up and Just in regards to the product itself the quality of the mirror On the mirror case was so horrible the five dollar cases on AliExpress are much higher quality than that of the case I received. I live in Australia and the return shipping costs total over $100 which is more than the value of the case itself as well so essentially buying the case plus shipping fee plus return fee left me out-of-pocket almost $250. as previously mentioned, they promised to pay me back the return shipping if I sent them a receipt when it was paid however it has been months now and I have been emailing them and they continue to ignore me. They have months ago asked for my bank details they say they will put the refund into. I do not think this is a safe method to give over your personal bank details to an overseas company. I told them to credit it to the card that I used to purchase the phone case with, but they said they cannot do this with manual refunds and they could only do it directly to my bank account. Obviously giving my bank account details to an international company means that they could discover other things about my identity and possibly scam my bank account, so I told them please to send it to my PayPal account and they told me that they’re supervisor refused . they are so many reasons not to purchase for this website, but just on the basis of the quality of their products alone do not purchase from this website because regardless you’ll be left out-of-pocket. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing on the website. I found a MagSafe mirror case for iPhone 15 promax that is actually MagSafe on AliExpress for five dollars, and it is fantastic quality

Scammers. I have posted return which costed me a fortune but they refused it and parcel was sent back to me!! And that's after duplicate order

Crooks! Received a garbadge product, way past the delivery date. Its not even fitting my phone properly and based in their "return" policy i cant return that garbadge! Beware of this company, they sell cheap crap that wont protect your phone and its not worthed buying it.

Ordering from Australia it took weeks for my products to arrive but I do not regret it whatsoever. My iPhone strap is so cute and practical, I love being able to carry my phone exclusively from a bag because it's all I need. Got 2 cases to go with it and I cannot overstate how classic and gorgeous they are, the marble colors are to die for and go with my neutral wardrobe. Very Scandinavian - love it!

Très déçu de cette tâche dont je ne retrouve pas de trace de commande, ni aucune adresse pour contacter le service client afin d' exposer mon problème.
Je comprends qu'il va falloir que je garde cette coque d'iPhone. Le service client n'est pas du tout assuré. De plus il faut payer les retours. Les informations ne sont pas lisible.

The store put products online that they don’t actually have in stock. I selected the product and just never received the product. I waited really long time. Finally t simply answered 2 months later: out of stock. They cancelled my order. I still didn’t get my money back. Terrible shopping experience.

It's a DONE deal when placed an order! So be very careful when placing your order as NO customer support at all. Texting support will never there for you. Only email support but email would take 24 hrs to return your question. During the meantime waiting for your question to return like change the color of the phone case, etc...- Your order has been placed and shipped immediately next day! So how can you change the order? Plus the shipment cost to return/exchange is very expensive. I had bought an Iphone Strap and a case, however it was not a Happy purchase for me:(

I tried to purchase phone case online but didn’t have my size available. Advert came up on my phone a few days later with my make/ model and style I wanted. I stupidly added to cart thinking it was now in stock only to find out once it arrived it was a different model. Tried to email multiple times but no reply. Went to the expense of sending items back from Australia (which cost $60) to get a refund only to have it return to sender. I used the details provided on their website to return items as I couldn’t get an email back. Have never heard from Company. No customer service support at all. I’m still trying to sell items online now.

No stars,ordered a phone case tried to cancel before it was sent out but received an email saying I could not. Received the phone case looked at returns label and will cost £19 to send back nearly as much as what I paid for the phone case. Stay away from ordering from this site. Customer service really bad.I am updating the review as I still have no response from Ideal of Sweden regarding their extortionate shipping returns charges.
Still no response they don’t care as long as they have your money not helpful at all.

Købte et cover for at beskytte min Iphone men efter ca. 6 mdr var farven slidt af siderne på telefonen.

Not compatible with PanzerGlass or other camera lens protectors. The cover can not be applied to the phone if you're wearing Panzerglass on your phone. This is not mentioned in the item description. I wish I had known before purchasing and wasted my money.
Considering the overall price level of their products, I would not recommend anyone buying from here if they want to protect their phone and/or camera at the same time.

Købte 2 covers for en måned siden, dem har jeg stadig ikke set skyggen af. Deres kundeservice er slet ikke til at komme i kontakt med, da de har “meget travlt” så farvel til de penge. Vil ikke anbefale nogen at købe herfra. Så dårlig stil.

Kjøpte bla en magnetisk Qi-lader i bursdagsgave til min datter. Dette viste seg å være et fullstendig ubrukelig produkt som ikke holder mål. Den starter av og til å lade, og da lader den i ca 1 minutt før den slutter å lade. Forsøkt på forskjellige kompatible mobiler, med og uten deksel, men fungerer ikke. Reklamasjon har vært et mareritt, der man som svar får en generisk mail om alt man skal prøve ut og gjøre, og til slutt dokumentere med video at laderen ikke fungerer. Da dette var gjort, kom det etter flere dager et svar om at videoene ikke var gode nok, og hvor man påpeker at det ser ut som mobilen ikke ligger helt sentrert, og at deksel må tas av. Dette til tross for at dekselet er Ideal of Sweden sitt eget deksel, som står oppført som kompatibelt med Qi-laderen. Dessuten viste ikke videoen at støpselet stod i stikkontakten... Dette er klassisk uthalingsteknikk i håp om at kundene skal gi opp. Lurer man mange nok på denne måten ved å selge åpenbare søppelprodukter som man så nekter å godta reklamasjon på, tjener man dessverre penger i den digitale verden. Jeg innser at dette firmaet aldri kommer til å tilbakebetale pengene jeg har brukt på et produkt som kan gå rett i søppelet, men jeg kommer til å gjøre det jeg kan for å advare andre om å kjøpe produktene deres. Styr langt unna!!

Leveringstiden var længere end de reklamerede med, og selvom jeg betalte for hjemmelevering blev pakken så leveret i en by der er 40 min væk med offentlig transport… Har dog ingen klager over selve coveret jeg købte, -god pris og god kvalitet.
