Nie polecam! Wysyłka zamówienia opóźniona o ponad tydzień, a po prośbie anulowania zamówienia ze względu na brak możliwości odbioru i wyjazd, otrzymałam odpowiedź zwrotną że 5 minut po złożeniu zamówienia anulowanie jest już niemożliwe i jak przesyłki nie chce to mogę ją zwrócić - ewidentne naciąganie na koszty klienta. W przypadku braku odbioru zamówienia też potrącają kwotę na pokrycie kosztów zwrotu.
Zero logiki w moim przypadku - pomimo braku wysyłki produktu, brak możliwości anulowania zamówienia którego brak możliwości odbioru jest przez opóźnienie w wysyłce węglem informacji jakie widniały na stronie internetowej przy złożeniu zamówienia.

I don't know why there are such bad reviews, I have had such a quick response from the company and they catered to my issue so fast and were so helpful and understanding and I actually love their cases too and they always have such good offers on aswell

Goods were tacky return not an easy process and very expensive I had to send to Holland??? sent tracking number for return posted 9/04/2925 been told I’ll have to wait for weeks. Not good enough I won’t buy from this company again i can get good better phone cases just about anywhere. Sincerely regret buying from this company. Terrible customer service AVOID

Købte deres meget populære "Mint swirl marble" cover, og det kostede mig over 200 kr.
Nu skal jeg fortælle dig hvad jeg fik for de penge.
Jeg fik et billigt plastikcover, som lignede noget fra wish/temu.
Mønsteret var printet på, men gik ikke ordentligt rundt i kanterne.
Printet var uskarpt, og lignede en billig kopi.

Har ikke engang haft coveret i et år, og det er knækket i alle hjørnerne.
Jeg har tabt min telefon mindre end med så mange andre covers jeg har haft, og de har kun haft småskrammer på dette tidspunkt.

Til gengæld var emblemet med deres logo i pænt metal...
Såh... vil ikke anbefale det... Jeg var i hvert fald meget skuffet. Især til den pris...

I wish i could give less stars!! I ordered the wrong size by mistake, spent a fortune to post back for a refund and two months later have just received it back as they rejected the parcel!! AVOID!!!!!

Made the mistake of ordering 2 phone cases without reading the reviews. Aesthetically beautiful but will definitely won't trust my €1.5K iPhone in these cases. Only the sides of the phone are covered, making the rest of the mobile uncovered in areas where the mobile gets hit the most in a fall. Even, the cover feels very flimsy and non supportive. Tried to use one but did not feel safe. The other one is still in the box and will not use it. Tried to send my complaint to customer care but after sending my complaint and even pics, I got an answer to send photos and discuss why it was damaged, meaning customer care did not even read my complaint well and not bothering discussing further as i know I will get nowhere... All I can do is writing a bad review.

Avoid This Company – Terrible Service & Order Issues!!!!

I ordered a product, but due to a glitch, I was charged twice. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. I returned the extra item at my own expense, only to find out customs fees were their responsibility, yet they never communicated or resolved the issue.

Thankfully, Klarna refunded me, but if I had seen their reviews first, I would never have bought from them. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

15 dagar efter köp fortfarande utebliven leverans. Uppger sig ha lämnat leveransen till fraktfirman som dock bekräftar att ingen försändelse emottagits.
Sämsta någonsin rekommenderar inte köpa från detta företag.

Their website order form will alter/butcher your delivery address and when you contact them to amend/correct it they will tell you that as a company with employees and offices and computers, they cannot do anything proactive. You have to wait for your order to be undeliverable, get sent back to them, and have a refund issued. The “customer service rep” also suggested I cross my fingers and it might still arrive or chase my package through the courier company and intercept it at the depot?? Total gong show.

Avoid!! The worst customer service ever. Some products not fit for purpose. They get you to jump through hoops for returns, in a bid to put you off I think. Refused a refund for damaged goods. Dispite my insistence for a refund they sent a replacement. They are rude and unprofessional. I have purchased lots from them but notice the quality one by one is very poor. You will be happy until you have cause to complain. Then they will frustrate by sending 10 email questioned they could have asked in one. Awful interactions. Still awaiting escalation of my complaint. They refuse to give the info on escalation process too. Wish I had read their reviews first.

Absolute scam company

Received a phone case that looked nothing like the pictures that they will refund when I return, except I have to pay return fees of 10 euro. Their response when I complained the pictures and my item look nothing alike the response was:

“All pictures on the website must be exclusively seen as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the goods you receive, or the product's exact appearance, features or origin.🌸️”

I asked them to point me in the direction of where this this stated on the website and I was ignored

Købte en trådløs iPhone oplader, som på intet tidspunkt virker. Den oplader i ti sekunder og stopper så helt. Jeg reklamerer med det samme og får efter lidt tid tilsendt en ny. Samme problem - oplader 10 sek. og stopper. Jeg beder om pengene retur men får då et flabet svar om, at jeg kan få delvis refundering, fordi det jo “kan skyldes slitage, og at det er op til mig at bevise, at det skyldes en fabrikationsfejl” What??? Jeg klagede med det samme, og jeg kan jo se, at mange kunder har oplevet samme problem over det seneste år, så de ved jo godt selv, at produktet er noget bras. Sikke et forretningskoncept - bevidst at sælge defekte varer. Køber ikke noget her igen!

Product not as described, pictures on the website looked completely different and customer support basically said pictures on the website do not reproduce the product you are buying. Unbelievable. I will never purchase from this company again, I was hesitant after reading these reviews but my partner really wanted this product. Do not make the same mistake as I did. They will not cover the returns cost.

Their reply was:

I love the phone case I ordered, it’s really pretty, smooth and smells really nice….HOWEVER it took sooooo long to get here and for awhile I thought my order had been cancelled as it took so long that my card issued an automatic refund! When it finally did ship out after two months of waiting on nothing, I got an email with a 10% next time code and then it was delivered the next day.

Would I pay for the phone case again? Probably not, I love it don’t get me wrong but the wait time and the customer service has put me off.
I’m going to enjoy this case while it lasts but then I probably won’t order from this place again.

One of the worst return experience. Seriously I never saw a company has this bad returning. I needed to pay 15 pound for return package fpr something worth 55 pound. Its like a joke.

Ordered a wireless charger, it never came. Tracking stuck on 'waiting for delivery partner' since 23rd of June. So I asked for a refund which was swiftly processed. However they did not refund the full amount. While the difference was only 1p, it's the principle that matters to me. I do not recommend this brand nor will I be ordering from them again.
