Firstly when I pressed the options it didn’t work, then the AI couldn’t understand my address. When I finally got though to speak to someone they were helpful but it was such a lengthy process to sort a call out or discuss a problem.

Terrible after sales service
Having reported a fault with a tumble dryer that’s 9 months old and still under manufactures warranty and being told that a replacement part would be sent out, 2 weeks later it has still not been received. Not impressed, especially as this is the second time this has happened.

I had to spend time speaking to a bot
I had to spend time speaking to a bot, but the information provided made no difference when I was connected to a human being. She was clear and friendly, but still required the same information all over again. The repair charges that were finally quoted made no economic sense, and I now find myself having to replace a dishwasher that is less than two years old. It won't be made by Hoover.

Was a little frustrated getting past AI as they couldn’t pick up the serial number of appliance but when eventually got through to humans the lady was fab and got an engineer out straight away.

Lightweight vacuum
HL2 TurboStyle - Upright Vacuum Cleaner - Pastel Pink
I bought this vacuum cleaner because my wife was finding our current vacuum cleaner too heavy for vacuuming the stairs. I ordered it one evening and it was dispatched the very next morning. The vacuum cleaner arrived the day after it was dispatched. My wife loves her new vacuum cleaner as it light can be carried when doing the stairs and would recommend it to any small person who finds other ones too heavy for the stairs. I could want more from Hoover UK, an excellent customer service and excellent product!

A total waste of time
A total waste of time. There is NO technical support. In spite of buying genuine Hoover parts the only response is “We advise you get a service engineer”. Or put through to a person selling warranties. He was unable to complete the process because I refused to guess how much my wife had paid for our dishwasher 8 years ago. I terminated the call.

The call was cut off and I have not been called back. Total waste of my time and another reason to loathe Hoover given the brand new machine that doesn’t work and the Hoover engineer that flooded my house.
