Shitty warranty i bought a vaccum of a value of 360$ with 12 hp motor and it broke down and for replacement they ship me a vaccum of 10 hp motor with a value of 180$.

If you like to get stolen that the company you looking for.

They never answer me back after that.

J’ai acheté le 24 juin 2017 un lave linge modèle VT 1014D2/1 dans un magasin Conforama . Hélas il est en panne (obsolescence programmée au bout de 8 ans?) . Le tambour est bloqué certainement lié a un roulement HS. Le problème, c’est que pour intervenir, il faut changer l’ensemble cuve et tambour , ce qui conduit à rendre la réparation pas économiquement viable . Est-ce normal qu’une obsolescence programmée soit accompagnée d’une non reparabilité économique ?

J'ai commandé un filtre pour mon aspirateur Hoover chez Hoover qui n'est malheureusement jamais arrivé à ce jour ,commande passer le 13/03/26 c'est vraiment du vol pour une si grande marque ..🥵🥵

Wasmachine Hoover 500 bij Coolblue gekocht.
De eerste moest omgeruild worden omdat de stoppen doorsloegen ervan.
Nr 2 heeft het 3,5 jaar volgehouden.
Echter tijdens de was draaien sprong hij altijd op en neer naar een ander programma ook na een reset.
Na de laatste was hoop herrie alsof hij op ging stijgen was het machet gefrrommeld en de veer eruit.
Daarna kwam er lekkage aan de onderkant uit denk lagers kapot.
Nooit meer een Hoover voor mij.

I purchased a hoover shampooer in October 2025. It worked fine until late February 2026. The front nozzle stopped clipping on to the front so I reached out to the company. After many emails a video, photos and a call, it was determined the nozzle was broken. The rep stated he could help me with a replacement. Apparently there is only a 90 day warranty on parts. I will buy other brands from now on.

PIcks up dirt but suction is weak. Battery doesn't last long

Hoover H dish 500 dishwasher DO NOT BUY. Worked for seven months then faulty. Bullied into buying insurance stating if they came out and found nothing was wrong it would cost me £160.I have now been waiting nearly 5 months without a dishwasher working even though it’s under warranty, seven engineer visits still they can’t fix it and won’t replace disgraceful customer service. Cannot speak to anybody robot or email.

De motor van de steelstofzuiger was defect na slechts enkel maanden. DE DIENST NA VERKOOP GEEFT GEEN OPLOSSING. Geen herstelling, geen omruiling, geen terugbetaling.

Nefasta la experiencia con la marca , como es posible q existan complementos en el artículo que no cumpla la garantía aun cuando esta de garantía, a caso los plasticos y los tornillos los fabrica el comprador??, plasticos que de no usarlo se puede ocasionar un accidente de gran magnitud?? !! Me parece indignante esta marca NO LA RECOMIENDO

We were told there was a 10 year parts guarantee on our dishwasher at purchase, two weeks ago (year 5) we needed a door seal, and were told these aren't made anymore, little seal for the pump, and at first were told we needed a whole new motor, then we were told the parts aren't made anymore. Not possible to mend or service, sadly today I took dishwasher for recycling.

Fatal, horrible, tengo una lavasecadora esperando que me llamen del servicio técnico o venga alguien porque no enciende ni nada se murió completamente de la nada, llevan 15 días dándome largas con que están esperando las piezas y encima las llamadas de cobro. Una vergüenza esta gente.

Had new installed.. first use it flooded the kitchen.. tried MANY CONTACT ways, phoned was given email addresses.. sent photos did as instructed.. all mail bounced back refused... talked again . Did as instructed they actually asked me to dismantle the kitchen to show what water damged is going to be caused... so sent pics of VISIBLE damage... got nothing... NOTHING BUT A LOT OF DAMAGE TO SORT OUT.. asked for escallation... two weeks more passed.. still nothing... NEVER BE TEMPTED TO BUY A HOOVER.. itll work out badly.

Son unos estafadores.Una lavadora de de 2 años y el tambor roto.Esta en garantía y llevo llamando 10 días y me dicen que me mandan al servicio técnico y no llama nadie.Una impotencia total.Deberian de estar denunciados para que no sigan estafando.

Tengo lavadero hoover H-WASH 350. Espero que venga el técnico desde 3 semanas. Ni una solo llamada pero te cobra cuando llamas para avisar una avería . No son profesionales.

Worst tumble dryer in the world. Would be quicker to dry clothes if I hung them out in the rain.

J’ai un aspirateur ainsi qu’un aspirateur laveur qui fonctionne très hors début janvier j’ai commandé le produit pour mon aspirateur laveur je ne l’ai à ce jour toujours pas reçus envoyer plusieurs message ainsi qu’appel mais rien y fais
Je suis vraiment déçus des services après vente de cette marque !

Si compran esta marca y tienen un problema olvídense. El servicio técnico es nulo, cuando digo nulo es nulo. Te dicen que van a escalar el caso; que no es normal que tarden tanto tiempo en atendernos... MENTIRA. Llevamos 3 semanas esperando que venga un técnico a arreglar la lavadora y no ha venido nadie ni han llamado. Las rusas que cogen el teléfono no saben ni qué decir...
No he visto jamás un servicio técnico oficial tan MALO Y PÉSIMO. NO COMPREN ESTA MARCA o que sepan que si tienen un problema no lo solucionan. SUERTE que la van a necesitar. Saludos
