The agent was very rude and unhelpful. I explained that I already have an extended warranty, but he continued trying to sell me another plan, despite me making this clear.
I found his approach very frustrating and inappropriate. I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received and, in the end, I felt I had no choice but to end the call.

The company, order and delivery were fab, no issues at all. It works perfectly I’m just disappointed, the fridge freezer seems so small, despite the generous litre sizes. It’s difficult to get more than 1 milk in the door due to the positioning of a small shelf compartment, though you can take it off but it’s still snug. My usual sauce bottles won’t stand up, they’re about 2mm too big & it just feels really narrow, same with freezer, it’s really limited. It’s perfect apart from the size, measure up. Very sadly wishing I hadn’t bought it ☹️

I've rated this review to a 3 for the part supplied which is not suitable for its intended use. My previous reviews for the recent service have been 5 star!
Hoover supplied external drain hose (part no 49023825) for tumble dryer model HRE C9TBE-80. However, the hose fits into the back of the machine perfectly but does not fit onto a British Spigot on the waste for the sink. The hose is a bit short at 1.5 meters..2 meters would be better!
Not great if your sink is on the right of the dryer and the waste water outlet is on the left rear of the dryer.
The hose is to small in diameter to fit over the Sink waste Spigot. I certainly believe the hose is designed for other countries and not for the UK. I would upload some photographs of the items and how to instal but not available to do on this review.
Hoover please have a look at this part and it's intended use.

Washing machine paddles broke exposing…
Washing machine paddles broke exposing sharp metal in the wash which tore holes in clothes. The washing machine is only 2 years old and is used twice a week. Have emailed customer services and not had any response in 5 days. Simply put, I could replace the paddles but I just don't trust that the same won't happen again. With the zero response from CS its a 1 star review and I'll look for washing machine from another brand.
