After an advisor wasn't helpful and just sent me off to another department who couldn't find my details, I went back to the original number I called taken from the guarantee paper. I spoke to first a robot who gave me purchase details, the other department ,a human, couldn't do this so wasted time there. Surely all departments should have access to the same details. I spoke to Jenny who was a joy to speak to, So pleasant and professional. she waited patiently while I fiddled about with hoover. Without any hassle, immediately advised a part would be sent out to me. So easy, no hassle. Thank you, Jenny you are a star.

Terrible. Life is too short for this
I called the number on the website. They told me I'd called the wrong people and gave me another number. I called the other number. A very rude man told me I had called the wrong number and hung up. Each time I was on hold for 12 minutes before being dismissed. They delivered the wrong item and I can't access a contact form or get a human to help me. Never ordering direct from hoover ever again

Pointless
Pointless. An Engineer came to my house within 2/3 days, diagnosed an issue then left. I got a notification 3 days later booking today as the day, rearranged my day to ensure I’m home then got another email cancelling and rearranging for next week. 14 days after the first appointment. Customer Service rep couldn’t have been any less useful than the automated system I went though to begin with. Sullen, grumpy and reminded me of Little Britain… Computer says no.
