I did a meet and greet, so x2 short stays. Paid £6 each for both (less than 29mins). The ANPR has only recorded one stay and I have received a PCN for the whole period. I appealed with copies of bank statements and the actual ticket showing car reg, time in a time paid plus amount of payment etc and my appeal was rejected. Appealed to APOLA and that was rejected too. Unless my car can teleport how did I get the second entry ticket?? The reasons cited were there are clear signs etc. which was not what I was appealing against. They even seem to accept I paid twice “but ANPR is generally reliable”. Until it isn’t clearly,

For peace of mind I pre-booked short stay parking at Heathrow only to discover on arriving 8 minutes early that registration recognition of my clean number plates did not work.

Peace of mind was in pieces as I blocked an entry gate. I resorted to picking up an entry ticket which worked beautifully with a reasonable exit fee.

However Heathrow have refused to refund my dysfunctional pre-booked ticket, claiming my early arrival invalidated it while producing no evidence for that claim.

May I urge others not to use pre-booking. It's approximately four times more expensive, and unreliable.

NOW 2 STARS because I sent a hand-written letter to Helen Elsby, Chief Solutions Officer, Heathrow Airport Limited, The Compass Centre, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2GW. I received a polite response offering to consider my case, sent back details, and HAVE NOW RECEIVED A FULL REFUND.

Still waiting for a refund after 2 months and they want to see all my bank details and images of my card which is absurd. Never use again

Use Purple parking. Collected my son from Heathrow , parking and bus ride went smoothly to T2.
15min wait for return bus and car was parked at reception ready to be driven away . Great service and will definitely use again x

Book two Cars for three weeks parking.

Cancelled one of the booking as daughter could not go - still waiting for the refund after two months. They just fob you off with we are working hard to resolve the issue and also change the second one as I got a new car. Claiming it back now with card under section 75

With the new car we did park came back to dents in the door and a cracked rear bumper - car is only a few weeks old - they come back with this:

"I am contacting you concerning your recent parking experience with our Terminal 3 Meet & Greet service.

I am sorry to learn that your vehicle was seemingly damaged while it was in our possession between April 17th and May 9th 2023. I can only imagine the frustration of returning from your journey to find that your vehicle had been damaged. While we make every effort to reduce any possible to damage to a vehicle, we are unable to guarantee the absolute safety of a vehicle as our car parks are open to the general public.

I thank you for having reported the damage while you were still in the car park, this aids us in our investigation. I must advise however that Heathrow are only able to accept responsibility for any damages caused by the negligence of one of our agents or operators. While I appreciate that the damage occurred while the vehicle was parked with us, we must advise that the damage sustained is not conducive to one of our drivers operating the vehicle and was caused by an unknown third party.

I understand that this is not the answer that you will have been wanting to receive however, as outlined above, we will not be in a position to accept responsibility for the damage sustained on this occasion. We would however encourage you to consult with your car insurance provider to discuss further options available to you."

Might as well leave it on an estate road

Charged £95 over and above £60 booking due to flight being 1 hr late. DO NOT USE

Company in charge of drop-off zone. With the greed for more money, dressed up under so-called sustainability; the airport that not just suddenly starts charging for drop off, but also APCOA sends penalty notices without clear guidance to the drivers on how the system works. Not even open to listen feedback in PCN appeals, they are trying to justify themselves to earn more money.

shocking - why is no one regulating heathrow parking services...?

We booked Heathrow T3 ‘Meet & Greet’ for our holiday. When we collected our car they had forcibly opened the rear passenger window and broken the mechanism. We were not aware of this until we got home, it has cost an extra £178 to fix and they will not accept any responsibility for the damage. Do not use this service if you value your car in anyway.

Do not pre book !!!!! A complete and utter scam. 152 pounds for two days pre pay. Then drove out and was charged 260 pounds. When I emailed them they offered to pay back all except 85 pounds for arriving 25 mins early !!!!! Thus 48 hours pre booking costs 230 pounds !!!!!!!!

My parking limited tried to scam me
On the agreed day I came to deliver the car at around 2pm and called the driver who told me that he will be few minutes and will come to collect the car and should have called on my way.

I waited for more that 45 minutes and decided to go and check in. While in the check in desk process, the driver called to say that he has arrived at the parking. I went to meet with him and gave him the keys.

I went back to the check in desk and while I was still waiting on the line, the driver called ( speaking very fast) to say that he was on the road and has been stopped by the police as my car did not have an MOT and wanted me t to send the money so he can pay for the MOT. I asked him to tell me where he was with the police as when I checked online, and I realised that the MOT was expiring on 31/12/2022 and wanted to explain with to the police and also say that I will arrange a friend nearer the time to collect the care and have the MOT done.

He blatantly refused and was pressing me for money. I was so upset because I was getting late for check in and went back to the parking only to discover that my car was still there. The drive has lied to me.

I called the driver again and still maintained he was on the road with the police due to MOT and the car being stolen. then informed I was standing next to the car and wanted my car back. He refused and someone else from your company , called me at 15:46 with this number ( 07474059647 ) and racially abused me and called me a stupid black b**** when I demanded my keys( I will be filing a separate racial abuse case with the police about this) The driver eventually came to and refused to return the keys and told me that the MOT has expired and the car is stolen.

I then demanded the key back so I can take it to a friend to sort the MOT and that the car was not stolen. H refused even after I have shown him my work ID to show that I am a social worker and will not use a stolen care. He refused until became Irate and shouted at him . He eventually gave me the car.
Due to all this I missed my fight and had to pay for the extra ticket for the following day.

They have to be running a scam. For the third time in four trips, having precooked short stay parking thru Heathrow.com, when I get to the exit it doesn’t recognise my ticket and I have to pay another £416!
Last time this happened it took weeks to get a refund. Avoid!

My car was ceased by the police as the driver wasn’t insured ..

Even having checked numerous front companies and rejected them I was fooled by Heathrow Parking, It is a front for a number of unscrupulous unverified parking operators, rather than having any connection to Heathrow Airport. Once you have booked it is very difficult to contact the Company, their online contact requires you to have an account. I did manage to get their number and the one saving grace was the very sweet customer service operator who agreed to cancel my booking when I explained the company i was actually parking with appeared to be a scam operation. I have not yet received a refund but fingers crossed.

They had passengers in the back and dropped cigarette ash all over my back seats
Drank our pop in the car that we had for a return journey as we only parked for a few days
Attached there blue tooth phone to my sat nav
I guess they had a wonderful time in my car putting excessive miles on driving around the streets of London

I did report them to metropolitan police and Heathrow and trading standards

Due to my wife being in hospital we had to cancel our holiday and parking of £150.20 on 19th December. Having booked the parking on 7th March 22 and after waiting over the Christmas period still no refund, I then checked the confirmation email and it showed that credit/debit card we had use was no longer valid. Having thought we had paid it by credit card I noticed we had, in fact paid by my wife’s debit card which had been renewed. Spoke to an agent on 6th January who asked us to send my wife’s new debit card details with the first six or last four card number, unfortunately I sent the whole card number and that was deleted. On the 7th January I sent the correct details and on the 12th of January spoke to them, still no refund and advised them that my wife had passed away on the evening of the 7th of January. Then had an email asking for confirmation that the account was in my possession and I had full access to it, on 16th January sent all the details and again had to ring them on 24th January, still no refund. The advisor apologised and told me it would be in in five working days, yesterday 3rd February had to ring them yet again, still no refund.

The shock of losing my wife and this abysmal refund policy has really upset me. Heathrow Parking, you are a joke

Super Saver Meet and Greet doesn't understand the essence of meet and greet. 20 minutes waiting when we dropped the car off and 50 minutes when we picked it up. Nobody takes ownership and they are shockingly rude. The office said there was an accident on the road that apparently only affected them as other meet and greet companies could bring their cars without any delays, while the driver said it isn't his problem either. Purle Parking would have been 10 times quicker including the shuttle bus. On top of their offer there will be an additional £15 charge for the drop off tickets they didn't tell us. The driver dropped the cat off then left without giving the chance to inspect the car for any potential damage. Really dodgy company,won't use them again.

Absolute ripoff.
Cynical pricing. £272 to park at terminal 2 for half term week. More expensive than parking in the west end.
Cheaper to take a taxi from Oxfordshire there and back.
Will now use all means at my disposal to avoid flying from Heathrow -so well done!

Universal Terminal Parking is one of the useless company on this planet. I Paid for my car to be kept in a secured parking place by them and I was not expecting it to be used in my absence during my vacation break . I returned after my break to pick my car. I waited for 2 hours to have my car back and thw wors of it is that Car was brought to me without any official hand over by the driver. The driver left my car my car key on the passenger side car tyre. This is very unprofessional. when I entered the car the driver has smoked in my car and left his smoke lighter in the drivers compartment with traces of ashes in the cap holders in car with smell of smoking all over inside the car
2. when I left the car my fuel was half tank filled but when I picked it it was empty with fuel warning light on
3. The most serious of all is that I come home only to see a letter from the police addressed to me and when I opened the letter I noticed it is speeding ticket letter which took place whiles the car was wit them. I have today received two parking tickets which clearly shows that my car was been used whilst I was away.
