We made an offer immediately after the viewing. Negotiations were handled quickly and efficiently by Luke. As soon as our offer was accepted Hardisty kept their word and didn’t allow any more viewings which allowed us peace of mind to proceed quickly to completion. Chloe was our liaison person between us and the vendors. She was amazing. Polite, efficient and understanding. All the things my own solicitor was not!
