The viewing was promptly arranged and done by someone who was knowledgable about the area, and enthusiastic about the house (a stark contrast to some other agents), I made an offer and received a call back a few hours later from Jack Barry with the offer accepted. I then had documents to send and checks to go through and Jack was super quick in replying at each stage and confirmed everything, exactly what you want when something like this is at stake.
