I recently bought a home with Hardisty that was a very complicated chain. The sellers were (and have continued to be post-sale) awkward, solicitors and estate agents up and down the chain were also awkward. The one person who truly stood out to me during this process was Lehila from Hardisty. Whilst her job really was to represent the sellers, she would always be the one I would turn to for advice or support over my own estate agent and would always have the most up-to-date information. She kept me in the loop regularly with updates and ensured that things kept moving within the chain. She was always warm, friendly and professional, even in the face of some very confrontational and even aggressive people. I am very grateful for all Lehila's help and support during this process. I would definitely contact Hardisty should I dare to market my home in the future. Thank you, Lehila!

The Hardisty team were all professional and excellent from the start of our house purchase but especially Lehila our Sales Progressor. When things seemed to be stagnating with the solicitors, Lehila checked with either or both solicitors to make sure they knew what information or request for information they had been sent, and so ensured progress was made. This really helped to ensure that the purchase went through within the 10 weeks we had scheduled from acceptance of offer to completion.

This house chain was a nightmare with my first time buyers making multiple visits, inspections and their solicitors making enquiries as late as week 14. Roxy was brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop and their client aware of the reasons for delay. Jack was especially helpful too, getting the sale over the line when their seller finally gave a 24hr ultimatum. Great teamwork
