Hardisty Estate Agents Arvostelua

Very pleased with the service provided by Kat Chvapil at Hardisty Estate Agents, I was kept fully informed throughout the process.

Great experience with Hardisty in Ilkley. Several visits of the apartment I was buying and always on a Sunday!

I also would like to thank Chloe for keeping me updated every step of the way, which really helped put my mind at ease. I was very anxious, but Chloe was always reassuring and so patient!
We had delays with the sellers solicitors but Chloe was on hand to sort. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend Hardisty. Their service was brilliant, and Chloe made the whole experience much less stressful.

Great service from all at hardisty. Especially the sales progression Chloe Harrison. All friendly polite and professional. Managed to sell my flat after 2 years on the market

They really are a wonderful team at Hardisty in Horsforth. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the staff regularly kept me up to date with the house sale.
Several members of the team helped me, but it was Leila who led me to the final stage. Basically it all went really smoothly. Thanks Hardisty.

Olivia was very professional in showing us around the properties. She communicated well and made us feel at ease. She was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the properties.

Very helpful staff, always available. Roxy and Georgina dealt with some sticky moments in an efficient manner.

Great experience with Hardisty, from sale to purchase. Roxy was amazing and always kept me updated, chased solicitors, and always got back to me in a timely manner if I had a query with anything. Never felt like I was one of many customers ..always felt a personal service to us.

We were kept informed through out the process with timely updates.

very pleasant and professional to deal with

Selling our leasehold flat was always going to be a difficult task to complete in a short window but Chloe was always on the ball getting in touch with us or the Solicitors whenever there looked to be a hold up or problem to be solved and we completed a normal 12 week sale from exchanging Draft Contracts in 9 to allow the buyer to move out of her rented accommodation before the end of her tenancy. Great Job done by all, including our Solicitors, Morrish & Co in Yeadon and the Sales team in Ilkley.

The staff at Hardisty Skipton were very helpful knowledgeable and courteous, especially David and Lucy. I would strongly recommend them to anyone

We recently moved house and listed our home with Hardisty and had a great experience with them. Chloe Harrison dealt with our sales progression and she was amazing from start to finish. We had a particularly demanding seller at the top of the chain and Chloe was always one step ahead in liasing with their estate agent to make sure everything went ahead. She kept us updated throughout the entire process and was even in regular contact with our solicitors :). Thanks Chloe for taking some of the stress out of a very stressful event!

Hardisty were very professional and Chloe kept me updated throughout what ended up being a long process. I would recommend.

I would like to thank all staff at Hardistys who dealt with us throughout our recent house sale and onward purchase. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive towards myself and my husband throughout the process.
Lehila acted in a very professional manner whilst maintaining a welcoming and friendly relationship with us.
I would definitely recommend Hardistys to my friends and family.
Thank you.

From start to finish Hardisty we’re great. Honest, competent and professional at all times. From valueing, negotiating and progressing, we always had thorough communications. With Kat and Lehila being available for any questions/supper throughout the different areas of our sale. Positive experience all round.

Hardisty Estate Agents are a fabulous company to deal with and they really do everything possible to help you. Initially when we put an offer in on our house we dealt with Lucy in the Skipton office and then later Chloe in the Horsforth branch. Both were so helpful from start to finish and always made us feel like we’d get there in the end! Which we did and we are now in a beautiful new home. Thanks to everyone but particularly Lucy and Chloe who really couldn’t have done anymore - such lovely people to deal with. A huge thank you to you all!

Superb service from Hardisty's to complete the sale of our house, particularly the support from Chloe Harrison, our Sales Progressor. Chloe kept us very well informed on the progress of the sale, always answered our queries promptly and her professionalism was a key factor in Completion taking place just four weeks after we accepted the offer.

Our house selling process with Hardisty and Chloe in particular was a smooth and easy process which is all you could ask for when selling your house. Hardisty were easy to communicate with throughout and professional, helping us to get a great price for our home with competitive and reasonable fees, and with no very few issues along the way. Would highly recommend for anyone selling their property in Leeds.

I have received good service from Hardisty Estate Agent, especially from Millie Beck.I have only just accepted an offer on my property so 🤞🤞the sale progresses smoothly.

Chloe Harrison was amazing in assisting me on my first home!

She was so quick and prompt with any query I had, nothing was too much trouble for her and her professionalism is a credit to Hardisty

Also, special mention to Luke who secured the purchase so quickly with no hassle

Kat Chvapil was fantastic throughout the whole process. Professional, helpful and always quick to respond. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
