Was on hold for less than 5 minutes. Rep answered all my questions and walked me through creating my online account. Also explained the process regarding change of beneficiary.

Trying to make a payment online with a credit card was very cumbersome. Eventually I had to wait for an agent to take my information. I do this all the time and it usually only takes a minute.

Like how promp the person 🧍 was that help me kind, patient considerate

Trying to get to my online account was Hell! Also, even though I initiated the policy for my daughters when they were babies, it is now impossible for me, as the person paying the policies, to change my daughters' names because of marriage. Sure, they are now adults but they don't pay the premiums...but now have to take time out of their busy schedules to contact the company (and wait, on hold, to be connected to someone who can help them) to make changes because of name change. But I get it...once they have your money, servicing the client becomes secondary. I suppose all companies operate like this, but it sure is a pain in the butt.

With what I am going through with my nephew policy after having 12 or 13 policies with Globe Life over these many years is absolutely insane. I loved Globe Life but with what you are taking me through I am very bitter and sour over your service. My grandson Emory I took out a policy on him when he was born 2000 and I still have that policy on him after 26 years and to have to go through the pain and aggravation you are taking me through over my nephew policy, also that I have had for years is just Incredible and a real shame.

The person I talked to was great! Way too difficult procedure to simply pay the monthly premium. It was ridiculous! I guess I will see what kind of Crap you come up with next month. I considered cancelling both policies.

I spoke to two representatives. Both were polite, professional, answered my questions, resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently.

Nicole, the rep I spoke with was very kind and helpful! She took care of my issue right away.

Great service, was able to easily update my banking and beneficiary information. Customer service rep was super helpful and down to earth. Good people, good company.

The process is getting better but still needs improvement. I made a payment, then 3 days later I'm getting an email about late payment or what I owe. The automated system needs to catch up with the payments I've made. Is it possible to make a payment ahead of time if we like, instead of monthly like we did in the past? Is this still an option?

The new web page is not user friendly and doesn't provide as much information as the old page. Also, when I scheduled my payment your system changed the date. Lastly, no one has ever responded to my emails!

I have had this life insurance many years on my children. Anytime I call I am very satisfied with the outcome, problem always resolved and the representatives are kind

It’s very difficult to simply pay our policies online. I have found this to be the case for the last year or so. The payment process is not very navigable.

They kept hanging up on me when I called back and was never able to help me get my online login to work. Told me she was not able to stay on the phone with me. I asked for someone else she said she would connect me with her manager but hung up on me.

Thank you for making my changes easier for me and the agent were great very friendly and patience

I surrendered a policy that my mother set up and they mailed the check to the wrong address. I provided them with the correct address. I doubt that I will ever see that money seeing that it was sent to the wrong address. Not a happy camper.

I’ve had a policy for me & both of my parents with Globe Life for years. I wanted to change the policy to a whole life instead of term life. Me & my mother were told by two customer service reps that my policy could be switched to whole life for an additional monthly cost, however, my parents were to old & a new policy would have to be started. No problem. I decided after speaking with my parents that I wanted to cancel all 3 policies & start a new one. Once I shared this with the customer service rep we mysteriously got disconnect from the call. I called back & went through all the long prompts. When i got to a rep again & explained the situation & that I wanted to cancel all 3 policies we mysteriously got disconnected again. Between me & my mom we’ve made 6 calls all together & still haven’t gotten what we called for. Now, I’m taking my business to an entirely different company.

What ever you do, do not apply for a job here.

I applied for a job with this company through indeed back in June. I was contacted to join a virtual group interview for this company via zoom. I did some research about the company and decided I did not want to interview for the position. A recruiter reached out to me about not attending the interview and I let them know I was no longer interested. Since then, I have received several emails and texts from multiple different phone numbers. Every single time I tell this company I am no longer interested in the position, I receive another text from a different phone number. I have even removed my application from indeed for this job, and yet they still will not remove my phone number from their list. I have never in my life experienced a company so desperate for employees that they go to the extent of harassing an applicant via repeated nuisance follow up. PLEASE LOOSE MY PHONE NUMBER THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Easy to understand this new set up to pay. I'm 82 years old and a lot of these are not easy for older folks.
