The shadiest practices I have ever witnessed from a company. They will steal money from your bank accounts to the point the banks even know about their slithering ways. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The company recruits lots of people to make cold calls. Thousands of cold calls on your dime. They invest nothing, you invest in your license and everything needed to be an agent. They say, oh they have good leads and you basically sign people up all day long, but you’re the spam caller who never gets a contract. The info they give you is false. When you question them - they tell you to stop asking questions. Don’t waste your time and money to become a spam caller.

I get non stop calls from them looking for my husband. We cancelled our policy due to their predatory practices and insessant attempts to get us to "review" our policy. 9pm at night im getting call from them non stop multiple times a day from different local numbers. It's harassment and predatory.

All they do is call and call non stop always trying to get you to raise your coverage. Countless times I told them I preferred not to be bothered and that I wanted my policy to stay the same. After dealing with them for years I finally decided to cancel and tell them to kick rocks! Well let me tell you this, they make the cancellation process such a hassle so that it’s nearly impossible to cancel. What a damn scam these guys are, it’s been 6 months of back and forth they can’t take money from my account because I cancelled it, but I still get countless letters even though I officially cancelled all my policies through them twice. These guys are a joke! Stay away if possible

American Income Life has contacted me several times asking to speak with my deceased husband, despite his death claim being completed nearly a year ago.

This shows a complete breakdown in their internal systems and a lack of respect for grieving families. Their agents continue calling because they have failed to update their own records.

This is not a simple mistake — it is ongoing negligence. One star is generous.

AIL Insurance company Canada part of Globe USA is a classic "Bait n Switch"company/ Yesterday an agent whom twice changed names of company and used "It wasnt me its Them"line referring to the bit n switch
i cut them off immediately and didnt persue these people dishonest and just look to take advantage of seniors as well STAY AWAY PLEASE!

I canceled 2 of my 3 policies on April 24th. I sent in all the information needed to have the money sent to my bank account. When the money was not deposited in my account I called them and asked why I did not receive the funds. I was then told they had to mail me a check because the premiums came out of a different account which was my husband's account but since his name is not on the policy and only my name on it they could not do direct deposit. I called again last week to check on the status of the checks and was told they were mailed out on May 4th. Still I waited until today (May 13th). Still nothing. I called and was told they were mailed on May 12th. If the policies were canceled on April 24th why will I not get the checks for 3 or 4 weeks after? Their customer service needs work because every time I called they gave me different excuses.

Wild that they changed their website name so old reviews can't tank their trustpilot score. They will never give you a straight answer ever. ESPECIALLY when you are trying to cancel your policy. DO NOT email them the cancellation information and think they will actually do anything with it, they will ignore you unless you call. Even after you call they make you submit the same information you gave them over the phone via email and CALL AGAIN to confirm that they recieved it.

I really loved JALYNN AMOS was great!!! She was so sweet and nice and Friendly!! She helped me and my husband with our Benefits!!! She was super helpful and she helped us with what we needed!!!

I canceled March 21,2023 when they called they said I had to talk to the cancelation department was on phone for 57 minutes then the phone went dead on there end not mine...I still get calls to up date my bank account and they still mail me bills even after I returned the bill stating it's BEEN CANCELED...I think I need to call BBB and report them...

My whole life policy wasn't accruing any value so I cancelled my policy. I got sent a bill for two months of "coverage" that I didn't even receive. TOTAL SCAMMERS. Insure with someone else.
