I was having a bad morning, the young lady made it so much better. She spoke very peacefully and professional which calmed my spirit. God always put the right people in your path to meet your needs at the right time. Katrina thank you.

I asked a question via email on Wednesday and got a response on Thursday. Happy.

I needed to make a change in auto payments. The rep was cordial, to the point, but helpful.

The young lady was very helpful. It was challenging getting through the maze to reach someone that could me.

I have been trying to change the beneficiary of my grandchildren’s policies for 30 days and they keep finding an excuse. First, it could NOT be done online. I was sent 8 documents to sign. Once completed, I waited a week to call and ask why it was not done. Of course they move the goal post and say they need a copy of the trust. Sent the trust with instructions and policy information for all grandchildren. They email wanting more information. I’m not sure where their disconnect is but I hope they are not this difficult if I have to file a claim.

THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY ASSURED THEY WOULD DO I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER POLICY ELSE WHERE AND MY ATTORNEY WILL BE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY DONT TRUST THE COMPANY REPS THEY LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had them for life insurance through an old employer, after I left the company they have called non stop to get me to continue my coverage. No matter how many times I tell them to stop calling me, They refuse to leave me alone. They call from different numbers multiple times a day

We had multiple agents servicing the same location, which resulted in being double charged for months. 3 policies were deducted directly from my paycheck, 3 out of my checking account. I have been promised a refund for 10 months with no resolve.

I’m not sure how this company received my address. Global Life sent a “Burial Expense Life Insurance” application addressed to my mom. My mom passed 4 years ago. They need to update their mass send out lists because it is terribly insensitive to advertise burial services for people have already passed. When I called to ask about it, a girl just said no and hung up.

Globe Life enrolls you in autopay using the payment details entered when requesting the policy. They send the initial confirmation email, then everything after comes through the mail. You get charged for the first payment before you receive documentation, and canceling is an absolute pain.

Globe Life Insurance was here for us in the loss of our son. He was 29 years old. They made the worst time of our lives so much easier to deal with. No hassle or worries whatsoever… This wasn’t something we planned on using so soon, but thankfully we had this insurance policy.. Forever Grateful 🙏🏾❤️‍🩹

They randomly call me out of the blue and I'm not interested in their product.

When I call for assistance,,,they are always polite,,,quick,,,and knowledgeable .
