I'm complaining due to the fact that I have told you folks several times that I'm not interested in your product, yet nearly once a week I get a letter wanting to become a member. This, in the real world, is harassment and I'm sick of it. You're pathetic

First the good. The rep was knowledgeable and helped me with my problem quickly and efficiently....good job!
Now the bad. The number of recordings, and prompts I had to go through before finally being able to speak with someone was ridiculous.....no sense in all of that.

It took a second to navigate the web site but It was not an unpleasant experience.
Globe Life has been open and fair in our dealings.

My credit card had been compromised so that my autopay did not work. When I called, the wait was tolerable but the service, once connected, was wonderful. The representative was able to attend to it quickly over the phone and could apply it also to a second policy, too.

The agents I've dealt with have always been pleasant, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I also appreciate that they've always been able to provide support quickly and accurately so I don't have to spend unnecessary time getting information. The initial automated phone system can be a bit annoying at times, but it depends on what you're calling for and it's never been too bad.

I called 2 weeks ago about filing a claim. They were going to send me the claim forms, etc. I never received and called to follow up yesterday morning. Was told they had never heard from me and didn't know anything had happened. So they were going to email me the claims forms and I would receive it by the end of the day. I didn't receive an email. Called today and was told it would take 24 hours. When I told them it had been 24 hours, they added it would be 24 to 48 hours. Then I was told I could file online but they couldn't tell me why no one else had told me that.

What should have been a straightforward insurance experience turned into a lot of frustration and unnecessary back-and-forth. The biggest issue is the customer service continuing my payment after i have cancelled my policy. Teaming up with #AIM HUB# has been the best pivot option for emergencies . Good and steady payments.

My experience was great. When they called they were polite and when I could not talk they agreed to call me back in a few hours. I called sthem and again they were polite and informative.

Only reason it’s not a 5 is web app needs improvement

Website easy to access and respond to. Easy to locate necessary information needed to make changes to policies.

Globe Life Insurance website does not provide you with availability to see all your payments made history. This is crazy.

Family had wonderful Experiences so thankful

The application was very difficult to figure out. However, the customer service staff on the phone was very patient with me.

I must say, this application is even more difficult to figure out....

I was on hold only for about 5 minutes before I was connected to a representative. This was a relatively short time in my experience waiting to be connected with a live representative. She was able to figure out the problem and help me.

Dan is an excellent customer support representative. I explained what I needed help with and in no time I received the form in my email. He had explained that I could email or mail it back. In less than 24 hrs I has am email a acknowledging receipt of my email and form. Please let Dan know he is great 👍

The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable in what he had to do and how to help me. I had to update my address for all four of my grandchild children’s policies and I also have a question about cash values and how that works. He answered all of my questions, fully and clearly, and I was very pleased.

Great experience

Just received a mailed notice that my policy had lapse. I had tried to pay my 6-month premium on line, but the website said payment was in progress.
Just checked the website again and still get the same message.
Not happy getting the mailed notice!!

Easy, customer service rep very professional
