Company does not allow for cancellations after placing orders. Will ALWAYS CHARGE $10.99 return fee on every return/exechange even if product is less. Customer service will say/promise/lie to get customer off phone. Most unfriendly company.

I have received letters for months now saying we never paid for items we received from a credit card number we do not have. I refuse to buy their brands!

The communication was nonexistent. I never received a confirmation notification that they received my order. One day, weeks later, the package just showed up at my door. After the package arrived, I received an email saying my order could not be processed due to a system error, and I would have to reorder. Soon after that, I received an email saying my products were undeliverable.

The quality of the clothing is substandard. I have ordered before and still have some of the clothing I had ordered years ago. I am deeply surprised and troubled by the current quality of clothes.

Simply HORRIBLE! Do not buy direct under their platform which houses Roamans, Woman Within, Catherines, Julie London, etc. etc.

They constantly show items in stock when you buy them and after you purchase you get an email saying it's backordered and it could be 2 months before it's shipped.

The other issue I have with them is sending incorrect product. I ordered a size 16 sweater through their platform on Macys. 2 weeks later I recieved a pair of size 12 tall jeans. At first Macy's said they would send me a return label for me to take it to thier "happy returns" location and I said no way, that this was not my error and that I'd be happy to slap a USPS label and leave it for ny mailman. After a bit they said to keep the incorrect order and they still credited me.

Thankfully it was Macys, Full Beauty wouldn't be as thoughtful.

While there are a few things I really like I've decided no more, I'm done with the shabby processing and customer service.

I wish there was a zero star! The worst company. With the stupidest ignorant people in customer service. BBB is running 30 days behind with all the complaints.

The shoes I received on 8/6 were TOO SMALL!
On 8/8 I started an Exchange- which was followed by a confirmation email about an order confirmation for the same shoes at $98.76.
So expect me to exchange a $20 pair of shoes for a $98 pair of shoes!
That’s not how exchanges work
So immediately get back online and change it to return. Because I’m not paying that. 8/13 I get an email saying the shoes have shipped.
The shoes show up at my door a couple days later. So I call asking why I’m being charged for $92 from the shoes I purchased were only 19.99. She told me when I ordered them. That was the sale price.
OK, so that’s the price I paid that’s the price I should exchange for and she just kept saying no that was the sale price not helpful at all
So I get back in my email send in multiple request to fix the price of these shoes that I didn’t want exchanged anyway. Or I could send them back and be done they kept telling me that they fixed the price to the 1999.

After reviewing Order #40064003338, I can confirm that the price adjustment has already been completed. The item price was adjusted to $19.99, and the corresponding refund was issued on August 17, 2026, back to your original method of payment.
Note- original method of payment is a their credit card.
8/30 they say they can confirm that I was refunded on the 17th check with my institution on why I don’t have a refund.
I emailed them back and say they are my institution and I want a refund because I have a bill sitting home with a credit card payment of $30 due
Which is more than I am supposed to be paying for these shoes
I called on 9/3. Told her the situation she says that I never sent the shoes back.

I placed an order and returned it the day after I received it because it wasn't what I thought it would be. I received an email confirming my return on March 30, 2026. My credit card was never credited. I reached out to customer service multiple times beginning on 4/17/26. Sometimes I received no answer, other times I received a message that said they were researching. Then on 5/25/26 I was informed that I had been refunded in the form of a gift card. I contacted them another 4 times telling them I never received a gift card. They said it was sent but would not give my any information on how it was sent or when. I finally filed a complaint with BBB.org. The company responded saying I had been sent as an e-giftcard and gave me a copy of the email, except that the gift card number was "no longer available" for me to use. They said because it had been over 90 days they couldn't provide me with the gift card number but it would remain active in their system in case I found it in my records. So they basically stalled me long enough to make the card number unavailable and unusable. They basically stole my money and I got nothing in return.

I had bought the Catherines Drape Tanks from Target sold by this brand. The Tanks are a Knock Off, size is 2 to 3 size too small and the material is not the same; flimsy and clingy. This is false advertising and I pray their business goes under, asap! Crooks!

I bought shoes from this website i could'nt evenget my feet into the boots the size was correct i could'nt return them when i filled in the return details i had nothing but problems due to me living in australia they had zip code not post code and you can't call the customer service because its overseas i paid $210 for my boots i was responsible for returns,shipping label $65 my refund would have come to $44 very annoyed there returns policy is ridiculous, iv'e ordered stuff from other websites and i had to returns things got a full refund.

I paid this credit card off in full. I received a small check back from them saying I over paid on my balance. I assumed because they said I overpaid that there was a zero balance. Well fast forward 2 months, I get a phone call saying my bill was late and
I had an account balance of $86.00. The balance was from interest they charged after I paid my bill and late fees. I called and obviously got nowhere with customer service. He just kept saying I don’t understand why you got a check and that he couldn’t do anything about my balance. I paid it and set a reminder to check at the end of the month to make sure I have no other secret charges! I would highly recommend not getting this credit card. Customer service is terrible and they like to scam people out of their money.

Do not order from any of the OneStopShop or FullBeauty sites.. it will take over a month to get your original order and if you need to return an item, they will give you a number and say your order is being processed and that you will get an e-card, which will never come even though you’ve called them several times. And then miraculously you’ll get the e-card but then when you place another order, it’ll be incorrect and then you just give up because you don’t want to deal with this crappy company anymore.

I guess I should have checked Trust Pilot before buying! First I get an email with $30 off $75 if I get their credit card. It also says the credit card includes free shipping.

So I order two swimsuits after getting the credit card. AFTER I complete the order, it shows a total over $20 more because it added on shipping. When I emailed about it, they said swimsuits do not qualify for free shipping. (Yet there is nothing listed on the credit card, even the small print, that says this!)

Then the $30 was not applied. I called and they said that order expired (even though I had the email I got), and they could give me a $10 gift card. So now my order was almost double what I had expected to pay for it.

Then they charge return shipping.

PLEASE just don't buy from them!

I bought a pair of gloves in my usual size. However, they did not fit. After several attempts by phone and online, I reached someone who said it was a final sale and I could neither return nor exchange it. The website and advertising says exchanges are fast, easy and free. Not true

My wife purchased a $40.00 Blouse from this company a year ago. She didn't pay the invoice which I was unaware of. My wife has a medical Cognitive disorder due to multiple brain operations during a cancer battle. This isn't their fault and I don't blame them for wanting to get paid for the product. They started calling me for the past due amount which I tried to pay but they wouldn't accept a credit card. I tried using their on line portal which was always unavailable. Finally in September, they called when I was home and I paid the $251.00 invoice in full. They charge 41.00 month in late fees and based on 36% interest. I made it clear to close the account and stop sending me catalogs & statements. A week later, I received an invoice for $4.00 in interest because I paid the account off with their sales representative 2 days after the bill was due. That then grew to $293.68 that I had to pay today to again close the account. Their customer service very rarely answers the phone, their voice prompts are never what I need. And now they have literally destroyed my credit rating over this $4.00. I would suggest that you get financing from a Shylock in the Bronx before you conduct business with these people.

The website was very difficult to navigate. I somehow go enrolled in some type of rewards program which automatically started charging my credit card. I am not sure how that happened. I had to call 2 different numbers to get that stopped. The product was then on back order for more that a month. According to the lady I spoke with when placing the reorder, the credit for the returned item would be credited to my new purchase. I was charged the remaining amount. Then a month later, another charge for the full amount hit my credit card. I called customer service and couldn't get connected to anyone to speak with so I did the online chat. The online person attempted to help resolve the problem. Now I am so confused I don't know if I have over paid or what. I really don't care at this point. I want to be done with them.

After ,I sent items back to Full Beauty they charged me $26 for fees ,this is absolutely robbery.I lost interest in buying from this company.I won't purchase anything totally disappointed ☹️

Roamans enrolled my 84-year-old mother in a monthly membership costing $18 without her clear understanding. She is hard of hearing, which is immediately apparent to anyone who speaks with her on the phone. During a phone order, she was unknowingly signed up for this program. Selling a recurring service to an elderly person who cannot clearly hear or fully understand what is being offered is unethical. Imagine if this were your own mother. For this reason, I do not recommend doing business with FULLBEAUTY Brands.

Ordered boots ten days before Christmas and just issued a chargeback a month later. AI repsonses in email, spammers on the livechat. This business is a waste of time and I should have listened to trustpilot

They sent 2 pairs of pants that I didn't order and charged me for them. I tried to return the pants and get my money back. I could not return them due to not having email. They will not refund the money. They are incompetent, unhelpful, and no one speaks very good English in their customer service department. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I purchased $89 pair of boots in the first week of November through the Walmart website and I have yet to receive my refund. They kept changing the delivery date, and in the stay of IN my package was "lost". I asked for a 3rd eta on delivery and they took it upon themselves to refund me. First ot was 7 to 10 business days and then it was 3 to 5 business days and now no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Hello,
I received a pair of side-elastic pants that were finished to a 29-inch inseam. I am 6'7", and I always order pants unfinished due to my height.

I returned the pants nearly a month ago because of this issue. It has now been just a few days short of one full month, and I have not yet received a replacement or any update regarding the return

They essentially sent me the wrong product had me return it endorsing a refund and now its magically disappeared and they refuse to refund my money!!
