Given the time of year, I was surprised how fast the delivery was.
The quality and functionality of the backpack (especially the magnetic, nice touch) is outstanding.

My only criticism is the lack of waste belt.

Other than that, the materials and design, are perfect for me and the Zealot S.

Booked a testride, and got a reminder mail that I ought to show up for that ride or cancel in advance. On the morning of the day for the ride I received a mail that they do not have that bike for testing present at the moment. That in itself is ok, but the mail contained no apology, nor information about future prospects for testing that bike. Its a small thing I know, but in b2c retail these small things make a difference for me when deciding to buy at one place or at another shop.

Fantastische ondersteuning. Zadel oncomfortabel als je wat langer zit. Als je een vouwfiets zoekt is deze te zwaar en daardoor onhandelbaar. Genoeg tijd gehad om uit te proberen.

ik heb een Knaap elektrische fiets getest, een geweldige fiets, geen op of aanmerking.
Goed geholpen door de medewerker van Fatdaddy, hij heeft mij overtuigd om een de Knaapfiets aan te schaffen en niet een Van Moof, waar ze absoluut slechte service bieden en heel slecht te bereiken zijn.

Goede ervaring..
Snelle levering & in 3x betalen was ook handig ..
Deze shop gezocht na positieve verhalen van een mede boarder ..

Heel fijne proefrit kunnen maken. Goeie uitleg over details, opties, risico's, instellingen. Mooie locatie ook. Een zeer goed gevoel over de mensen achter Fatdaddy, straalde pure passie uit.

THE UPDATED VERSION:
DO NO BUY Boosted Board batteries from them if you're aiming to be able to ride your board right after you get the new battery.
Btw, they are great selling and assisting you to sell the product (I can speak ONLY about my experience buy a Extended Range Boosted Board battery). The product is brand new and arrived perfectly. BUT if you need to install the battery (due to updates on the firmware in order to make the battery actually works). THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP...or even find a solution.

Final note to Fatdaddy:
Guys, if you really want to help you customers and be transparent. As you know, this issue of not be able to connect the new battery to the board with happen to 90% of your customers. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT and help them!!!!! I'm feeling frustrated and almost scammed.

Der Scooter übertrifft meine Erwartungen! Er ist gut verpackt und einfach zusammen zu bauen. Für den Sitz und den Fingerscan wäre eine eigene Anleitung hilfreich! Geht jedoch auch mit youtube. Die Leistung ist unglaublich, über die Reichweite kann ich noch nichts sagen. Toller Support!

Ik heb via fatdaddy de knaap bike aangeschaft. Alles ging snel en was goed geregeld, bij aankomst was de fiets al in elkaar gezet en direct klaar om te gebruiken.
Enige kleine minpuntje is dat de hoogte van het zadel en stuur niet versteld kunnen worden. Verder is alles prima in orde.
