HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could leave -10 stars I would! My advice, run away! Reported to the BBB. I bought and paid for (the same day) an expensive cargo liner for my Jeep Wrangler JK Sport. Extreme Terrain took my payment even though they did not have what I purchased in stock (they did not bother to disclose that fact to me) and were completely unable to deliver it. After some back and-forth with them, they canceled my order and were supposed to refund my payment within 2 business days (I have all of this documented back-and-forth in writing with them). I then bought the cargo liner that day from Weather Tech (should've done that to begin with!) and so should you!! Even though Extreme Terrain formally canceled my order in writing, they somehow managed to ship me something several days to a week later, from some other sellers / distributors warehouse IN ERROR. I was not home several days / a week later when their partners supposed cargo liner (that I did NOT order or purchase) arrived. Extreme Terrain then refused to refund my money, stating I requested a re-order which was anything but the truth (100% fabricated!), Again, all documented! They then held me hostage until the supposed cargo liner they knowingly shipped to me in error would be returned to them / whomever, FEDEX came today and picked up the unopened package that they again, knowingly, and mistakenly shipped to me. As of this review, Extreme Terrain has still not refunded my payment / money! Now stating its a 7 to 10 day policy to refund my money back to my payment method, which was my credit card. I had to also file a dispute complaint with my credit card company (USAA VISA) I have never had a worse, more ridiculous, difficult, unprofessional, purchase experience with anyone, ever!! - And for anyone reading this from Extreme Terrain / Turn5. Im expecting an immediate refund today, or my next step will be legal action! AS OF TODAY 10/1 THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME!!

Two stars for shipping
I ordered this product from you because it’s very simple. It’s all plug-in play and I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about your product and your product may be good, but I don’t know yet because I have not received it. Your shipping is extremely extremely slow. I have ordered stuff from TikTok that came from overseas that I’ve received before I received yours and I think if I’m not mistaken, you’re in the United States. The two stars is just because of the shipping issue. They said it could be here today or Monday. Everything else with my stereo system is arrived and installed just waiting on this piece. Very disappointed so far.

We reviewed your order and we show that item was delivered, and you then submitted a return request online on 9/10. With this return, you elected to not purchase the discounted return tags from us. This would mean that you elected to purchase your own return label. We do not show that you provided us with that return tracking, so we could not monitor the tracking and refund you once it was received.
We also show that you filed a chargeback with your original payment method, As of 10/6, this is still pending. If you win the chargeback your payment method will refund the money to you. If you withdraw the claim, and provide us with the return tracking number that you used, we can review the tracking and if the item was received, we will refund you for the purchase.

Ordering off the website went good/ shipping is slow
Ordering off the website went good. But I placed my order on 9/24, it is now 9/29 and not shipped or tracking number. Waiting on the driving light so I can replace the headlight the I ordered for here and took 3 or 4 days to receive.

Put the wrong address on the parts
Put the wrong address on the parts, sent them 3000 miles from my address. Don't order from them they will have you sitting around waiting for parts that will never arrive.
Update, they did put the correct address on the package, problem is they shipped it usps and they lost it. It should have been sent ups or FedEx. Upon receiving the package 2 weeks late, only to find out they sent the wrong parts.

We reviewed your order and we do see that there was a lost package claim initiated on your order for the Brake Hydraulic Hose; Front Passenger Side (08-10 Jeep Wrangler JK), Front Upper Ball Joint Kit (93-04 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ, WJ; 94-01 4WD RAM 1500; 87-18 Jeep Wrangler YJ, TJ & JK; 84-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ) and the Front Lower Ball Joints (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK; 99-04 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ). These were shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
We are unsure why the package went to California before being delivered to you in Pennsylvania. We did provide the manufacturer with the shipping address on your account. We do understand this was a frustrating experience for you.
We show that you contacted us and spoke with one of our Supervisors and they issued replacements for the Front Upper Ball Joint Kit and the Front Lower Ball Joints and these were delivered.
For the Brake Hydraulic Hose, you requested the replacement be cancelled because we are currently out of stock on this item.
We show the original package that was initially considered lost was delivered to your address on 10/3. We also show that you initiated a return for the upper and lower ball joints because they do not fit your Wrangler.
We do show that return labels were sent to you to return the two replacement orders and to return the original package that was delivered late to you. Once we receive the items back, we will refund your original payment method. We ask that you use each return label to return the items and not have them all in the same box, as this could delay the refund process. The return tags are "tied" to each item, so we can refund you when the return is processed for that item

Excellent Customer Service
I had a situation where an armor light flooring system came in two separate boxes and the tracking numbers showed up as both delivered. When only one box actually arrived. Their staff worked quickly and even over the weekend to get my issue resolved found out the box was just in delay. They resolved the problem quickly. Customer service is knowledgeable very helpful. Great place to do business!

I ordered rain guards for my 2026 Tundra and they sent the wrong product. I called to return the product in its original packaging and took the 6 pictures they needed . I was told by Tammy that it needed to be reviewed before they would send a return label which was 24 to 48 hours. Its been a full week and suddenly their phone and website has been down. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. Horrible business practices. They never disclosed a review upon returns. I'm disputing this with my CC company since I can

I ordered from ExtremeTerrain, and the shipping experience has been an absolute nightmare. My package has been completely mishandled and is currently bouncing endlessly between sorting facilities throughout Southern California.
It’s incredibly frustrating to watch a time-sensitive order circle the same region without actually being delivered. ExtremeTerrain needs to take more responsibility for its carrier selection and logistics oversight.
Buyer beware if you actually need your parts delivered on time.
