SUPER73 B.V. Arvostelua 624

Voorwiel van mijn Super73 is gestolen. Heeft hierdoor 9 maanden bij scootercity gestaan, waar ik hem ook heb aangekocht. Alles deed het nog naar behoren. Bij ophalen waren de remmen, accu en display kapot. De remmen waren volgens medewerken kapot door het lang buiten staan. Wat daar heeft plaatsgevonden. Maar heb mooi alles zelf moeten bekostigen. Hun motivatie “wij kunnen er ook niks aan doen dat we zo lang hebben moeten wachten op onderdelen”. Ik moest dit maar uitzoeken met Super73. Super73 komt met 0 oplossing. Als ik een verrotte appel bij de Albert Heijn koop moet ik toch ook niet naar de leverancier? Hele slechte service.

Wir haben es 2023 und man kann getrost sagen, kauft kein Super73 in Europa. Bei der Lieferung war das Schaltauge meines RX schief, mit Fotos und Videos wurde einfach immer wiederholt, man sei nicht Qualifiert das zu beurteilen, bestimmt ist nur die Schaltung nicht richtig einbgestellt. Habe es dann bei einem befreundeten Fachhändler richten lassen. Motorschaden nach 250km, ach das kann nicht sein war die Aussage und war es doch. Einzig der Spannungswandler wurde innerhalb 4 Wochen getauscht. Nun ist das Schaltauge richtig hin Alu sei dank und auch eine Felge nach Reifenplatzer. Warte seit 4 Monaten das sich einer erbarmt Ersatzteile raus zurücken, Super73 versendet und veräussert KEINE Ersatzteile mehr an Endkunden in Europa, ausser Belgien, Niederlande und Luxenburg. Man muss sich einen Händler suchen und hoffen das der mit betteln von Super etwas abbekommt, den habe ich vonAnfang an und selbst der gibt zu das es ein Krampf ist mit Super zu sprechen. Ihr könntet so ne Coole Firma sein, wenn ihr euren Kunden treu bleiben würdet, aber ihr behandelt eure Kunden hier wie Dreck.

Fast shipping and good product and service too,worth it to buy again.

Company blamed me for a defect. Many users complaining about the same issue (overcharging battery leads to short circuit) and the company doesn't take responsibility and accept warranty replacements.

I have one of the first model ZX. A few months ago I’ve installed the newest firmware and my bike didn’t work anymore, there is no pedal assist. I was in contact with support and had a very helpful guy on the line.. I was asked to troubleshoot some things on the bike, but without any good outcome.. Super73 arranged a shop to help me with my bike by sending a new Cadence sensor and afterwards even a new Controller. After replacing these my bike would still not work..
After calling the service desk again I’ve got a lady on the line, who on the contrary to the guy gave me the feeling that I was standing in the way of their contact with the shop.
Even asking me if I would rather pick-up the bike myself (The Hague) and bring it to them to Amsterdam for a faster diagnose.
Especially with a non friendly tone of voice.

Wish I had never purchased a Super73 bike. First bike failed after 10 months. Took ALOT of ridiculous back and forth with Customer Service and almost 3 months to get a replacement.
I've read NUMEROUS reviews where bikes arrive DOA or stop working after a very brief period.
Battery life is BS. Always WAY off. Was just riding. The RANGE said 10 mi left. After going .25 mi (WITH PAS) The RANGE dropped to 3 mi. I had to peddle 2 miles home with no torque.
At first I loved my bike. I have taken all SUPER73 decals off my bike. If anyone askes what brand it is, I tell them and I tell them to buy a similar model on AMAZON for 1/2 the price.
With the cost of Super73 bikes, it's ridiculous the problems involved with them. ... SMH.

Gewoon kwaliteitsproblemen met mijn fiets, maar de reactie van het bedrijf is nog erger. De mensen in de reparatie proberen te helpen, maar geven het idee dat ze niet weten waar ze mee bezig zijn of waar ze over praten. Sinds vorige week ben ik geen klant meer. Ik raad aan om weg te blijven van dit bedrijf.

Love the quality, design and the brand. Will forever be a Super 73 fan!

Super73 na 7 mnd motor stuk. Volgens Super73 mag je niet in de sneeuw en pekel op straat rijden want anders gaat de motor stuk. Belachelijk. Motoren van de Bike zijn niet eens waterdicht. ZE zeggen bij super73 dat dit niet onder garantie valt want is eigen schuld. Ze willen ons een nieuwe motor aansmeren en die kost €600.Stelletje oplichters zijn het.
En ze willen ook geen onderdelen leveren om de bike bij een ander specialist te laten maken.

As many people are finding via places like here, private FB groups and reddit, this company will happily take your money buuuuuuuut need help? "get on your bike and out of here".

I bought the RX model, had a few issues along the way but the killer was the battery stopping to function.

I was in a support email chain with someone at super73 for months. They asked so many questions and asked for pictures it just felt ridiculous and a prolonged way to get out of supporting. In the end it was exactly that... months into it the suggestion is i buy a new battery from them €999 with no expected ETA but another suggestion was i just find someone else to fix it. I needed to arrange the cash and as much as i didn't like it i wanted to make good on my investment. I contacted Super73 and said "ok lets do this". I had a quick response to tell me they no longer shipped in my area and to find a dealer in the EU.

Basically dusting their hands and telling a customer to bugger off and its not our problem.

From their suggestion i contacted dealers in my country and outside to finally sort this. All dealers were happy to sell bike but were a bit frustrated from the support they got from Super73. In the end i finally found somewhere in the same place as the main office that won't ship. I contacted them and told them the situation and they said Super73 had told them they should have a battery in a 2 week window. So i bought one, April 4th, 4 weeks go by, i contact the company again and they tell me "Super73 now says mid May or end of May", so 2 weeks will likely be 2 months if not at all. My hopes are not high.

My bike is sitting unused now for 8 Months, i can't use it, i can't sell it and no idea at this point if it will ever be used again as Super73 has once again done what is making them famous in the community, not giving a care about their customers.

BEWARE, do your research, make sure you can have issues supported before making a purchase... but i would advise going for a different bike and company. This one sucks.

Ozan en Loyd van de service en repair are Great Guys and do amazing work

I bought one of these heaps of junk. Within the first three months I had to replace the chain which broke, had to get the breaks fixed and the saddle came off. It is now taking up space in my storage. I loath this company.

The company dose not care about you,
Ive had bike for 1 summer and ive spent more time with support than on the bike, the bike came scratched when i got it, the battery was not working so i got a new one, the motor started having weird sound and i had to send it to them, got the motor back in a package that looked like it got kicked from a airplane. The motor started acting up again and then they told me that the warranty was voided, so no more support for me!

The bike is now sold so i do not have to bother with this company anymore, but please avoid it as much as possible!

No words to this company anymore. They do their best to market and sell their bikes but once something goes wrong they go into hiding. No direct answers and endless excuses without the focus of acutally fixing the problem. highly disappointed although a big (former) fan of the bikes...
