Great Product! Took a while to receive it, but I enjoy the use every day! You can use USB-C without adapter! Great!

I found them on Kickstarter and took a chance. I have been pleasantly surprised with their attentiveness to customer questions, and rants during Covid Quarantine. They are great at getting back to you. Also there product came in a couple months ago and I love the two monitors. I have used them with my laptop as well as my PS4. Very good product.

Overall very solid company, at first I was suspicious since there weren't really any reviews. Turns out I had nothing to worry about! Shipping took a while but in this world state I don't blame them!

The compatibility, durability and looks are all on point.

I own multiple other monitors like Lepow 1080 HD and
EVICIV 4K. The other brand EVICIV doesn't even work with the latest MacBook software.

I can confidently say Desklab's screen quality is of high standards. It has served me well for over half a year now and I can see it performing well in the years to come.

I use it as a vertical screen for coding and have used it for Xbox One X gaming too. I had an incredible experience with both.

This company is absolutely atrocious. I ordered early July with an expected shipping date of "End of July".

August 3rd I asked for an update. They asked for patience as they were delayed.
August 10th I asked for an update. They provided a tracking #.
August 17th I asked why no updates had been made on tracking number. They said they would look into it, and that it may just be delayed from their shipping partner.
August 20th Tracking number shows movement
August 22nd. Package arrives. They ONLY sent protection bundle and no monitor. I email to ask them where my monitor is.
August 24th: no response whatsoever. I file a dispute with my credit card company and email again. They reply they are looking into it and I have to send them pictures of what I received & and a picture of the packing invoice (there was none in the package) I still had original packing material and all items inside of it.
October 24th: My credit card company declines my charge back because the company provided evidence that they sent the monitor. I email the company asking since they provided evidence where my monitor was. They responded that they were going to send it, but I filed a dispute with my credit card so they won't be sending it. I open up another dispute showing evidence of what they stated in their email.
November 10th: Follow up to see if monitor would be shipped since the dispute was ruled in their favor. No response
November 17th: Follow up again. No response
November 22nd: My credit card company gives me a partial refund as I received the protection bundle

I have a completely useless protection bundle that cost me $70 and wasted at least 20 hours of my time. All emails to return the protection bundle for a refund go unanswered. Absolutely stunned a company could have such horrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

BEWARE. I would rate this screen if I could actually get it. I ordered 7 months ago and still waiting. Customer service won’t respond to my messages anymore. The reason there are so many 5 star reviews on their website is because your rating must be approved before they post it and in my experience if it doesn’t have 5 stars they don’t post it. If you buy this all you are doing is giving them your money and buying yourself a headache.

Scam! I placed my order 4 months ago and still no delivery after numerous enquiries. Bad experience so far

Taking “pre-orders” on their website with a “2-3 week” delivery estimate and the haven’t delivered to all their Kickstarter backers yet. I’ve been waiting since December. Customer service is terrible - plenty of excuses. The ones they have delivered are sub-standard electronics and they don’t accept returns. Buyer beware.

Fraud - Never shipped but "Paid and Fulfilled" ?
Long story short, On the site it shows that my order is paid and fulfilled but the tracking number from 2 weeks ago, shows they haven't shipped it.
Now the long story, because I think people should be aware of what is going on before they order.
When I ordered, it shows end of June for estimated date.
By July, nothing was shipped. I filled out a form, since that is their only form of contact on their contact page. Asking for an estimated date, even if it is in 2 months.
07/01/2020 - They responded with "We understand you are eager to receive your Desklab and our team is working with the utmost speed to get your order to you. We have another batch of orders leaving our warehouse in a few weeks and once shipped, the tracking numbers will be made available. Again, we truly apologize for the delay and we appreciate your patience 100%. Please know that we are eager to get your order to you as quickly as possible, just hang tight and your order will be with you soon."

They did not answer my question. I had emailed them 2 times, and no response. I had to fill out the form AGAIN just to get a response.

07/08/2020 - Filled out the form again. They responded that they were checking, and I followed up after 24 hours asking if they had any updates and if they had checked, and if there is a DATE.
The response I received was "It's shipping out and tracking# will be uploaded soon, thanks! "

So I asked my question AGAIN. no response.

07/09/2020 Filled out another form, asking the same question.
They responded with
"We're sorry for the late response since we've been swamped with emails in the past few days! Do let us know how we can be of assistance."
My response, yes, by answering my initial question and the same question I have been asking.

But it took me filling out multiple forms and consistently trying to even get an answer from them. IF they had answered my question, then there would be no need for additional forms or emails. But because they are not answering, yes I will send another email,

I then decided to wait another 2 weeks, when I noticed that it says batch 11 is ready to be shipped.
I went on the site and saw they have a sale that was not offered when I first tried to purchase.
When I asked them, if they can switch it because it does not make sense for me to pay more for the 4k monitor and a 1080 monitor, if I can get 2 of the 4k monitors for less and since it has not shipped yet, it shouldn't be an issue. And if they would like they can cancel my order and I will repurchase. I have waited 2 months, what difference does it make to me.

They decided to issue a tracking number the day after I mentioned me switching. But they did not actually ship it. It has been 2 weeks now. I have contacted them multiple times. On USPS website it says a label was created, but that is it.

Because they issued a tracking number, within my account it says that it is fulfilled and paid. But 2 weeks later I have received nothing? This is absolutely ridiculous.

Monitor arrived (eventually) and has now broken - no replies to all emails about return/replacement.

I purchased one of the devices in April. It finally arrived in July. It did not come with all of the advertised components. Customer service was a joke and they say NO RETURNS/NO REFUNDS because it was a pre-order. What sort of company will not stand by their product? I strongly advise you to avoid Desklab and instead find a monitor from a reputable company.

I received the monitor (ordered the Full HD not the 4K).
Te monitor is working and the quality is good.
The monitor comes with no back support to keep it standing. This is a paid add on. Maybe it would be good to have it already included.

Did not receive the product, so i have to file a dispute with my cardcompany and get my money back.

I bought beginning of April 2020.

10 days ago they sent me a tracking number that is not working. Postal Service.

Dont buy from this company.
