I'm trying to find replacement parts for a Samsung dishwaher, possiby the most unreliable appliance I have ever bought. I need replacement door seals and spray arm seals but these are impossible to find on this site, the majority of items either have no picture, the ones that do have pictures of the circular seals just show a black circle, reading the description is pointless as iall it says is ''This is a Genuine Samsung Part' .
I was directed to this site by Samsung support, first when the dishwasher had just gone out of warranty and now 2 years later when the seals have gone again. this site is an embarrassing joke as are Samsung themselves. It's the first and last Samsung appliance I will ever buy as it's proving short lived and irreparable. So much for 'Right to Repair'

I placed an order on 7th July 2025 for a new freezer door seal, long story short. Not received it, i have requested a refund numerous times £ 53.26, no response. They are definitely scammers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I think the positive reviews have probably been posted by the company

This is part of a wider company one that is also called espares - I believe they are owned by Screwfix. I placed an order for a genuine Samsung washing machine door switch. They stated the part would be delayed by 4 weeks as it was coming directly from the Samsung and I was billed straightaway - 3 days later my money was returned without explanation but on talking with customer support by online chat it became apparent they did not have access to the spares at all

Placed a spares order, received an acknowledgement and my credit card has been debited. After 10 days nothing has happened. Samsung passed the order to 4ourhouse.co.uk. They cannot be contacted. Samsung customer services do not appear to know that their orders are fulfilled by a third party and simply say we cannot trace that order number. In addition the spares cannot be ordered from anywhere else. I have no idea what to do now.

Ordered a Samsung oven shelf on Wednesday, arrived on Friday. Product as described and delivered quickly so would order again.

Tried to order a replacement door/bottle holder. Had model number and part reference but website just didn't have it. Requested an online response and after receiving an automated e-mail nothing. Spent 58 minutes on the phone (and after being requested to create an account, now awaiting the deluge of SPAM mail) and speaking to two representatives with a lot of being on hold was advised that I would receive a text message to advise on part that day. Three days later not a word. Really poor customer service.

STAY FAAAAR AWAY FROM SAMSUNG. Their spares company is one of the most useless companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

Don't believe their timelines for getting stock, it's a lie.

Don't bother chatting to support on chat. All they care about is closing the chat as soon as possible. (Twice in a row)

I now have to wait 5 weeks, if I'm lucky, for a seal for my tumble drier.

Made a purchase of a Samsung washing machine door handle and door handle cover. Placed the online order on a Thursday, order received on the following Monday, as advised. Perfect fit, so delighted overall, with additional delight on the fact that we've managed to fix this ourselves, without the need to call in an external engineer / handyman, who would probably have no doubt charged at the least £75 plus for the service. All in all, for just £14, including delivery, major problem solved and very pleased with the service delivery.

Had to call twice. First person wanted all my personal details but I did not want to give any as I knew what I needed. Second person I spoke to was brilliant and understanding. She managed to check the part I needed withe model and confirm whether it was right. I needed a fridge door handle support as mine snapped. I ordered it in the Samsungspares.co.uk on 22nd Oct and received it 28th Oct. Fits perfect and fridge now has it door handle back on. Only negative would be that postage is quite a lot considering the item is very small. Thank you to the second lady who answered the call. You are a credit to the company.

Have tried to contact them via the web form twice with no response in a week. I need one screw to reassemble a fridge after a move. Waste of time trying to deal with this organisation.
UPDATE: I finally had a reply. I am looking for one screw for a Samsung fridge freezer. I supplied the model and serial number. THEY CANNOT SOURCE THE PART. Absolutely useless!!!

I placed an order 10 days ago, and have never received dispatch confirmation. No tracking and no one responds to my emails.very quick in taking the money but disappeared after that.Very disappointed. Scammers

Ordered shelf for fridge: Delivered by tracked delivery. Absolutely OEM part at sensible price. Very good service.

No problem on website , price was near Espares and arrived by Royal mail on the next working day but they are part of the screwfix brand so wouldn't expect any now have ice back so extremely happy

I note thé really bad reviews which I had not seen prior to ordering. However, my experience was entirely positive- order delivered to schedule and I am happy with the freezer drawer.

I have the same problem as the previous recent reviews. Claimed a refund through bank. This company has 3 names: 4ourhouse. samsungspares and 4mysamsung. These are scammers. Email complaints come back saying postmaster cannot find server. You will not be able to find a phone number to ring. I bought the same product on Amazon for £50 cheaper and had next day delivery.
Do not order off these scammers. They will take your money and never send you the product!

Placed order on 15th January still not received anything. Emailed them and just told I will get an email when it is despatched. No phone number to contact them on.

Made an order and on site it doesn't say in stock. Dealing with passive aggressive customer services on live chat was terrible and writing excuses as you question them.

No communication. No real apologies and no delivery.

Don't buy there! After 5 days of waiting to get a tracking number they emailed me that the item is out of stock! Its a scam!

Quick to take your money. Website not kept up to date regarding stock levels. Ignores requests for refund and cancellation of order and plows on ahead regardless. Had to dispute transaction with bank in order to get a refund. No phone number all comma one way and by email. They are lucky the bank refunded me I can assure you they wouldn’t have liked it if I turned up at their warehouse in Birmingham
