Terrible product and terrible customer experience and service. Bought 3 as gifts for Christmas. 2 were defective. Contacted the company multile times. Response was they would get back to me. Kept receiving sales emails for the product and continued reaching out to get resolved. Never did. Would not buy anything from them again.

Terrible! Didn’t work, poor quality and company had poor customer service. Didn’t even replace. Don’t waste your money!

This cable stopped my phone from charging after I plugged it in. It came apart inside of the phone Galaxy S20. DO NOT BUY!!

Package got lost and arrived a full month after Christmas... Got the runaround through 5 emails to the company. I was just trying to get a refund because the package was lost. Kept get getting b.s. responses that the items were arriving but the tracking showed the package stayed in one spot in California. They were never shipped.

Not to happy took a month to get here then almost got returned to send because they put wrong address so it took me a day to get in touch with the mail people to stop that . Now im trying it and notice half the wire is bright the other is barley lighting up smh and the magnet is not strong come off so easy so the hanging phone from wire is bs and my old charger charges faster not a happy customer for my money plus after I ordered they send half the price deals for what i just bought what a ripoff never again .

Cords glow but doesn’t function the phone to charge. Piece of junk! Many weeks to be delivered. Customer service is the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had to send them a video to prove they don’t function. 😳 Today is 1/26/2021 and have been doing this return process since 1/13/21. Now waiting to confirm their address so i can return it. I think they might be milking this 30 return policy so they don’t have to return it. Magnets are not strong at all and fall off very easily. So don’t expect much from that unless you do not touch the phone your charging ( that is if you have better luck then me and get working cords). This is the first time I’ve ever done a review but had to do this one cause it’s a terrible product and terrible customer service. They do not care about satisfying their customers but only care about the customer satisfying them if the customer isn’t happy. Do Not Buy From Them! Buy from Amazon or other respectable company so you get the customer service you deserve and not waste your hard earned money on crap.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company or any company that doesn't at least give you a 30 day money back guaranty. I tried to return there products because of not working properly with my devices. For starters they don't list there address on there website to return there product. I told them I new I was out side there ridiculous seven day window (by few days). They would not even offer a partial credit or replacement of the cords that would not work with my devices.
STAY AWAY from them, not worth the trouble and there is other company's more reputable out there.

They advertised ordering the GloCable before a certain date would get the GloCable delivered before Christmas. I ordered it over a week before their deadline ended - and still haven’t received it.
I’ve written to customer service twice - the first time was more than 2 weeks ago. They said if I didn’t have it in 7 days, they would send it with a “faster shipping method.”
Still no cable.
I wrote them again, and have yet to hear from them.
Just sad.
Totally ripped off.
If I don’t hear something back by tomorrow, I’ll be contacting the fraud department with my credit card company.

Ordered a 4 pack. None of which worked. Requested a refund and now I'm on day 60 and still fighting for a refund. Beware of these crooks!
