我最近喺 Yoho 香港 買咗一件超過$2000 嘅產品,聲稱係「全新香港行貨」。但收到貨時,發現標籤明顯被撕過再貼,有多條摺痕,機身膠紙痕跡亦清楚顯示曾經被拆封 —— 絕對唔係一件全新產品應該有嘅情況。
我聯絡 Yoho 要求更換一件真正全新嘅貨品,20幾日後,佢哋叫我自己聯絡供應商,我回覆唔滿意,然後佢回覆話可以幫我聯絡供應商查詢解釋。但老實講,我唔係要求解釋,我只係要求 Yoho 對喺佢平台賣出嘅貨品負責,換返一件真正全新嘅貨畀我。
我作為顧客,唔應該要接受有問題嘅貨品,再自己去追供應商講數。平台應該保障消費者權益,而唔係推卸責任。
提醒大家:購買前記得考慮清楚,是否願意承受類似售後服務。

I recently purchased a product worth over $2,000 from YOHO Hong Kong, advertised as a brand new Hong Kong official product. But when it arrived, the packaging label had clearly been removed and reattached, there were multiple creases, and there were tape marks on the device indicating it had previously been unsealed — all signs that this was not a brand new item.
I contacted YOHO to request an exchange for a truly new product. After some time, they replied saying they could contact the supplier to ask for an explanation. But they completely missed the point — I’m not asking for an explanation, I’m asking YOHO to take responsibility and exchange the item they sold me on their platform.
As a customer, I should not be expected to accept a used item and then chase the supplier for answers. The platform should stand behind the products it sells and protect its customers — not push the responsibility elsewhere.
A word of caution to other consumers: if you expect to receive a truly new product and basic after-sales service, think twice before purchasing.
