DON'T BUY - The worst customer experience I ever had. My screen arrived broken from upper left corner to bottom right corner. I send several emails with no answer at all. So what do I do now? The packaging is ok, so even think that they send already broken screen...

Truly disappointed with this product. First, it took nearly 6 months to deliver. Then I realised that it does not have the best integration with Apple Mac or MacBook - touchscreen is pretty much non-compatible, which was hardly mentioned in product description. Worst of all, it fails within 10 months. It took forever to get meaningful reply from the dealer - so it is now forever in the rubbish bin.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT - I TOTALLY REGRET IT AND I WOULD HAVE RATHER BURNT MY MONEY!

The screen arrived cracked in two places. While the cracks are hairline, they are there. Unsure if the unit works. Problem is that the return policy is 7 days from ordering then it takes so long to receive. I opened the box after a few days post receipt and see the screen cracks. I'm unhopeful that this company will replace it.

The product arrived for Christmas 2020. Arrived damaged with a line through the screen. Although customer service has communicated with me, they have not yet sent out another screen. They also will not set expectations as to when another screen will be sent or if a new item will be sent altogether.

They sent me a tracking number in June. That number shows the shipping label was created, but never shipped. It's now August. So I paid 400 for a broken screen and a terrible customer service experience. I would be stoked if I just had my money back at this point. So furious.

Good product - when it works.

They have had my monitor (under warranty) for TWO MONTHS now without sending a replacement monitor!

Scam. The monitor doesn't stand up by itself (so it's a tablet, not a monitor), and in order to get it to stand up you have to purchase additional accessories from the company.

In addition, the return policy is only 7 days, but it takes 3-4 weeks for the monitor to arrive, and you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Bought the 4K monitor in December 2020, got it about 5 weeks later as it ships from China. Later bought the Cover for the monitor that serves as the stand.
By beginning of March the monitor started showing a line at the bottom, and after sending a lot of photos and videos via email (only way to get in touch with them) I was told to send it back for review.
It’s now May 24 and I still haven’t gotten an estimated shipping date for the replacement. I’ve asked for a refund and emails simply stopped coming.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS ITEM.

My monitor arrived busted up and broken. I ordered the 4k one and got the cheaper 1080 one and even sent the company photos showing the damage. The company is unresponsive.

I ordered my stand 6 weeks ago and still waiting for it, so if you're going to order any accessories plan to wait I placed my order on 3/10 and there's no movement on my shipment.

Very disappointed.

It took more than 2 months for the monitor to arrive, I had to pay extra taxes that were not taken care of and the monitor does not work with my phone.
Also the accessoires are of very poor quality. The monitor doesn't even stay upright with the magnetic stand for example.
Overall I'm very disappointed and would not recommend to buy.

The product works great. Has allowed me to go on more vacations and confidently work remotely with a second screen that has high audio and screen quality.10/10 would recommend.

The Desklab Monitor is amazing! I'm a security tech and use mine all the time to work on network video recorders and other equipment. Its easy to use, portable and looks fantastic!

So as I'm sure everyone knows, the world has been chaos this year with COVID and it was at the start that I ordered my Desklab. As a new programmer the second screen but not a big monitor sold me.

Unfortunatley everything with delivery went crazy with COVID, but the support team were always really useful and replied to any emails fast and with lots of detail to be able to keep me updated with the progress.

Got my desklab monitor in the summer I think and it took a little bit of understanding and getting used to attaching to my desktop PC as a second monitor with the correct wires. The instructions explain it well, I was just being a bit daft at understanding.

Now I am happy using the monitor, the magnetic stand works horizontally and vertically and the desklab can be used as a touch screen monitor in my desktop too, which could work well from graphic design if I get round to that!

I've used it as a monitor for my Nintendo switch which was really easy to set up, so its pretty versatile.

I am happy with the product and have been very happy with the cusotmer service I have received through this crazy year. Only slight downfall is older laptops or pcs might not work great with it for needing the USB-C connection, but this is minor compared to the benefits I have had from the product and the service. Thanks very much to everyone at the team!

I really like this monitor. It is lightweight, crystal clear, and easy to use. No additional drivers, or setup needed. I have recommended this monitor to my coworkers.

I can only assume that some of the reviews on here are fake and paid for by Desklab. The Monitor itself is good quality - however everything else around it is appauling.

Firstly it took over 4 months to receive the monitor. During this time they would tell me nothing about when to expect it. When it arrived i found that it was not set up to work in the UK so i needed to order some more wires and plugs to make it work

I then looked to use it with my computer and realised that it was impossible to use without a stand. So i then had to order a stand and a case (as the stand wont fully protect it). This sets you back a further $100. This stand took a further 4 months to arrive.
Now that the stand has arrived it is terrible. It is incredibly precarious. The magnet is incredibly weak and doesnt really hold the monitor, and the stand doesnt grip the table at all. If the desk shakes at all it falls over.

I also think that all of the pictures of people using this screen when on the go are really misleading. I dont know of any laptop or phone which can power this screen and you will need to plug in if you ever want to use it.

In summary - the screen is good quality, yes, but you can find loads of good screens for much less cost, much better accessories and much less pain,

Wonderful product! Fortunately, I had touch drivers for my Mac and they work perfectly! This is a perfect product for Mac.

The Desklab Monitor that I ordered has completely met my needs. It is compact, travels well, and has great resolution and color. The touch-screen capabilities work well, although it is not a tablet like Wacom.

For the price, I feel it is a good value

Ordered the monitor initially. Took about 3 months to arrive. It works fine and is pretty good but is useless without a stand. Ordered the magnetic cover stand. Took FOUR months to arrive and is worse than useless. All in all it has been a huge waste of time and effort. Tried to leave a review on their website and it was never put on as it was negative...
