I have a 6700h and used it for a 7.2 B&W 600 speaker. the center speaker output no longer works. I immediately received a Fedex ticket from Denon and sent it to Norman's Electronics Inc in GA USA in November 2023. They repaired the center output after 3 months, but I discovered that the second subwoofer output no longer worked when I got the receiver back. I've been on hold at Denon since March and am waiting for my receiver to be sent back to a service center. Every time I call, they apologize or try to brush me off, depending on which person I'm talking to and explaining my situation. I paid $3500 for the receiver in 2022 including a 3-year warranty, which is advertised by Denon. I am extremely frustrated. I didn't want to spend so much money at Denon again and be disappointed. I was sold the feeling of security with a warranty. I feel cheated

Bis anfangs Dezember alles io in der Heos App, ab anfangs Dezember immer nur der erste in der Gruppe spielt Musik. Denon sagt immer mein Netzwerk sei nicht gut, habe es Testen lassen und nach Denon empfehlung eingestellt.
Keine Verbesserung.
Keine Antworten mehr auf meine Anfragen.
Ich kann Denon keinem empfehlen!

Terrible customer support!
I like Denon's avr's in terms of features and ease of use BUT their quality is really supect and their customer support is really bad and would get 1 star. I've got a 10 month old receiver that went out and after 5 weeks came back from repair and blew up again after I plugged in my speakers. I had a person come out and inspect all my wiring and speakers as well as running multiple tests and everything was ok. To prove my point to Denon I went out and bought another new receiver and it worked just fine. I tried escalating my case to no avail. They refused to replace the unit and promised me a new repair and ship label. Over 3 days nothing. I called and the rep told me he saw nothing in the system for the request, then said he found it but for some reason it was not processed. I had to demand to talk to a supervisor which at first was told was not possible but with a continued effort I was finally transferred. The supervisor said he did not know why my second repair request had not been approved yet but committed (like other failed attempts) I would have a label by end of the day. We will see!!!!! Should not be this difficult.
UPDATE: I never heard back as promised but after 3 weeks of waiting and many calls I finally got my label.

Quality sound but useless fit, only stay in if you don't move in anyway shape or form. One fell out and into a flushing toilet, probably in the north sea now.
Denon customer service said oh well nothing we can do, it's my own fault, nothing to do with I'll fitting heavy buds that don't stay in ears. They don't offer any replacements. Matthew in customer service just ended the conversation in online chat. Thanks for nothing Denon last purchase you will get out of me.

Ben het helemaal eens met de anderen!! Speaker (Denon 150 ) valt steeds weg en moet opnieuw worden gekoppeld wat de ene keer wel lukt en de andere keer ben je een uur bezig.
Synchronisatie met TV klopt soms niet. Krakend geluid (alles moet worden gereset)
De speakers hebben bij elkaar € 1000,- gekost.
De titel verraad alles "er is altijd wat"
Returned defective product, two months and no status or replacement
I bought a defective Home 550 soundbar. After an hour on the phone with tech support,
he approved an escalation to corporate for a replacement. It took corporate a month to get back to me, and only after I contacted them three times. I sent the unit back two weeks ago and haven't heard anything from them. I contacted customer service. They say there is no status in the system on the replacement and they can't tell me when, or if, I will receive a response (let alone a replacement.) Denon needs to improve the timeliness and transparency of their return process. I paid for this item. 2+ months to get a replacement (if I get one) is unacceptable. As is leaving me in limbo.

Radio internet de pago en equipo Denon
Tengo un equipo DNP-730 con funcionalidad de radio por internet a través de radiodenon.com que ha dejado de funcionar ya que ahora hay que suscribirse a un servicio operado por Vtuner con un coste de 6 dolares al año para tener el servicio.
No se trata del coste de dichos 6 dolares sino del hecho en sí que considero una ESTAFA ya que en el momento de la compra no se avisó que el servicio de radio pudiera dejar de ser una prestación gratuita del equipo ni lo informa las instrucciones del mismo
El equipo ha quedado solo para reproducir música por USB una prestación insuficiente dado el coste del mismo.
Vetado por mi parte la marca DENON.

DENON AVR-X12100W mit Internetradio. Allerdings lassen sich neuerdings keine Sender mehr einstellen oder auswählen. Dazu muss nun ein Abonnement abgeschlossen werden. Bei der Erstinstallation hat es noch problemlos funktioniert.
Die reinste Abzocke! Kann von DENON nur abraten. Nie wieder werde ich von dieser Firma etwas kaufen.

¿Tengo un DENON AVR-X2200W y ahora tengo que pagar una cuota anual para poder buscar y escuchar emisoras de radio? El equipo en su momento me costó mucho dinero, esto es engañar y estafar al cliente. No se os ocurra comprar ninguno, no lo recomiendo y es servicio al cliente es nulo. Nunca más DENON.

I would give zero stars if I could. We bought an expensive Denon stereo unit. After about 3 months it wouldn't play CDs anymore. We were told to send it to a repair center since it was still under warranty. They couldn't repair the unit, and Denon would replace it. They replaced it alright, with a used unit!!! After several attempts at trying to get ahold of someone, and waiting weeks to get a call back we gave up! That unit was over $600. What a waste of money. We'll never buy a Denon again. Their customer service is lousy as well!

I will never touch another Denon product. Years after purchasing a hifi system, they dropped use of internet radio unless I pay a fee. I now have a really expensive hifi which I can’t use fully use unless I pay a yearly fee. Customer service was no use, saying it was up to the third party provider to charge or not. But it was Denon who chose this provider. Note, other manufacturers do not charge for use of internet radio.

I'll NEVER buy Denon again. I bought a AVRX4700H receiver and it stopped working after a year. We have made so many calls we lost count, and now their replacement REFURBISHED model is not working. They do NOT stand behind their products. Do NOT buy Denon. Is it a coincidence that they stopped making our model? They probably know there's a problem but they won't own up to it and make it right. You might as well burn your money because it'll be wasted on Denon.
Multiple trips for repair because Denon's authorized repair shop didn't fix it right the first time (initial problem was that the Cable/Sat port failed). They fixed the wrong port, and then the second time they said it was fixed, it WASN'T. So back we go. Finally they replaced the entire board. Worked for a short time and failed again.
They arranged with Denon to replace it. We were happy about that. But they sent us a REFURBISHED model and we ended up with another set of problems.
First, two of the speakers during setup were backwards but we worked around it. And then a few months later, it started going into power protect mode. We can't watch ANYTHING on it without it suddenly powering off! And now it's going to back to repair, yet again.
So we're in the process of getting it shipped back for repair. Denon should either replace it with a NEW one, or give us our money back. But they don't care.
It's been the worst experience I've ever had. Every other retailer backs their products and on the rare occasion I've made a warranty claim, EVERY other company has made it right. Denon is garbage. I regret purchasing that receiver and will never buy anything else from Denon.
Bad customer service
I bought a Denon AVR-S570BT called customer service for help with a setting..The man would not even listen to what I wanted to ask .Just kept saying Get a EDID device..A tech from my local cable company called me on his own time and helped me find the setting i needed ..I like the Denon AVR-S570BT but I'll never buy anything Denon again..
No firmware by direct download
Ne fournit plus les firmware en téléchargement sur le site Denon. En cas de problème firmware sur un équipement hors garantie, ou impossibilité de le mettre à jour en ligne (erreur), impossible de le flasher pour repartir sur une base saine. Ce n'est pas le comportement attendu d'un fabricant sérieux et respectueux de ses clients.

Er is geen enkele support beschikbaar bij Denon, ik heb een receiver van een aantal duizenden euro's gekocht van dit merk, na een half jaar is de receiver echter al defect. De support heeft geen enkele kennis van zaken en probeert het maximale te doen om te voorkomen dat de receiver gerepareerd kan worden, uiteindelijk heeft het 3 maanden geduurd voordat de receiver weer terug was. Voor mij nooit meer dit merk .
