Te trots om fouten toe te geven...
Unit van €315,62 (€9,89 verzendkosten) euro besteld die 25 philips hue lampen kon aansturen via KNX.
Na ontvangst vastgesteld dat dit niet ging zonder een hue bridge (€85).
Na aankoop hue bridge vastgesteld dat dit niet deftig werkt.
Geprobeerd het component terug te sturen na +- 1 maand omdat het niet naar behoren werkt en al zeker niet zo werkt als dat op de site vermeld staat.
Geweigerd door het bedrijf omdat er in de handleiding van de fabrikant staat dat er een hue bridge nodig is en dat de zegel van het product verbroken is.
De handleiding zit in de doos en de site zegt niets over dat deze nodig is.
Is aangekaart geweest via mail, maar nogam impulsieve en onproffesionele antwoorden gekregen...
Liever wat meer uitgeven bij een proffesionelere partij volgende keer...

Wij herkennen ons niet in uw voorstelling van de feiten en willen deze graag verduidelijken.
Onze retourvoorwaarden staan duidelijk vermeld op onze website. Geopende, gebruikte of geprogrammeerde KNX-componenten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd. Uw retourverzoek werd bovendien ruim buiten de retourtermijn ingediend en het product was niet meer in nieuwstaat.
Daarnaast is het gebruik van een Philips Hue Bridge geen verborgen informatie. Dit staat vermeld in de documentatie van de fabrikant en wordt eveneens duidelijk weergegeven bij het product. De handleiding beschrijft bovendien exact hoe het product dient te worden toegepast.
KNX-producten zijn professionele installatiecomponenten. Van een professionele gebruiker mag worden verwacht dat hij zich vóór aankoop verdiept in de werking en compatibiliteit van een product. Wij zijn een gespecialiseerde leverancier van KNX-componenten, geen testcentrum waar producten kunnen worden aangeschaft om vrijblijvend uit te proberen en daarna te retourneren wanneer ze niet aan persoonlijke verwachtingen voldoen.
Gedurende onze e-mailcorrespondentie hebben wij uw vragen beantwoord en ons standpunt uitgelegd. Dat u het niet eens bent met ons beleid betekent niet dat dit onprofessioneel is. Wij hebben gehandeld conform onze retourvoorwaarden en de productspecificaties van de fabrikant.

Because while I made a payment there was some kind of a problem, so I had to repeat it once again. Transaction was made, I see it in my bank statement, but the store is sending me emails that my order has to be paid, or it will be cancelled
I actually tried to reach them via e-mail, but both addresses I found not replied to me anything
So, I'm finally without money and any update on my order

We strongly reject the suggestion that we are a fraud. Payments on our website are securely processed by MultiSafepay, our certified payment provider. They perform strict fraud and security checks on all transactions.
If fraud is suspected, or if a payment is made from a different country than the billing address, the transaction is automatically flagged and not approved as valid, meaning the payment is not completed on our side. In such cases, the order remains unpaid in our system and automatic payment reminders are sent.
Additionally, we have checked our records and you did not contact us prior to posting this review. Your first message was received only today. Therefore, it is incorrect to claim that we ignored your emails.
If a payment was declined due to security checks, this is a matter between the payment provider and the card issuer — not an indication of fraud by our company.
