Bardzo mila i uczciwa obsluga.Bez zadnych problemow przy zwrocie auta.Samochod lepszy niz sie spodziewalismy.

Obsługa klienta w oddziale Carwiz (Kraków Lotnisko) pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pracownicy byli nieuprzejmi i niechętni do pomocy. Samochód był zabrudzony i w słabym stanie wizualnym (liczne rysy i odpryski), a proces odbioru trwał prawie godzinę. Słaby standard obsługi – nie polecam.

Wypożyczyłem auto na Sycyli w Katanii. Na kołpaku w fiacie Panda (nowy warty moze 5 złotych) Pani po oględzinach wskazała rysę ledwo widoczna gołym okiem, za którą zażądała 100 euro. Nie wspominam już o poziomie obsługi na poziomie zerowym, poniżej jakiejkolwiek krytyki - auto znajdź sobie sam na parkingu oddalonym o kilkaset metrów w gąszczu innych samochodów. Informacje przy wynajmie ze od nich żadnej pomocy nie mogę się spodziewać w razie jakiejkolwiek awarii “nie dzwoń do nas”. Dramat!

Guy on desk professional and explained things well.Overall please with car despite v. uncomfortable seat, no washer fluid and poor rear wiper. Biggest gripe I was not aware I had to return car valeted inside and out.I normally go reduced insurance but had no alternative but to pay full package which was much more expensive , so the car didn't need cleaning. This needs explaining when renting the car online , not at rental desk. My deposit was returned very quickly after car was checked out.

AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY. Horrible customer experience. They have fraudulent business practices. Shocked this company continues to operate. We had the rental car for less than 24 hours. We took numerous photos of the entire vehicle when it finally arrived (2 hours late) to show the condition. We also took photos when dropping the vehicle off.

The Carwiz representative said the car looked good and we could leave; however, we asked for written sign-off that the inspection was good. She said the inspection would happen the next day but we requested the inspection while we were there.

The whole experience was horrible and too much happened to outline in a review. Lesson learned. We had several photos of the pre and post condition of the rental showing no damage. Even with the photos showing no damage to the car, we are in an ongoing dispute with the car rental company regarding charges for damage. Frustrating experience. DO NOT USE this company. Learned this is their common practice.

Za szkody, które powstały bez mojej winy ( prawdopodobnie na jakimś parkingu przy supermarkecie) zostałem obciążony sumą sześciokrotnie większą niż realna wymiana uszkodzonej części (pęknięta ramka tablicy rejestracyjnej i wygięta sama tablica).Wyłudzono ode mnie 700 PLN !!! Przecież auta mają AC......no chyba że nie? NIE POLECAM !!!

Carwiz Warsaw is a scam. They add on fabricated fees after you return the rental. I even returned it with MORE gas than they gave me from the start and still charged me a refueling cost! Very difficult to get in touch with after you return the vehicle. Will never use again. Stay away.

Collect the car with no problem at Poznan airport. After 8 days, I dropped the car at Szczecin airport, as we booked.

There was no representative from CARWIZ company present at Szczecin airport, and attempts to contact your team via telephone DAYS PRIOR were unsuccessful.

The keys were left at the information desk at Szczecin airport.
It was 21:00, and the person at the information desk advised leaving the key and carpark ticket with them.

My credit card was charged 60 EUR, and after talking to customer service, they said that the car was dropped off 3 days later.

My flight on 13/09/25 from Split to Lublin was rescheduled for more than 12h. I decided to fly from Zadar to Rzeszów on the same day. I had car booked in Lublin. Carwiz office contacted me and asked me what I want to do as the airport was closed due to military operations. I have asked for a car in Rzeszów instead and could it be organised for me as I was under a lot of stress trying to get from Zadar airport to split airport in Croatian I had only 2,5 hours to make the journey as I needed to get back to Poland on the 13/09/25. The company went far beyond what I could expect. Katarzyna, Adrian and Eryk were so supportive and kept me informed. They have organised everything for me and waited in Rzeszów airport with the car. I have got an automatic car in Rzeszów as I requested for Lublin. I have to say the people working for the company are amazing and very helpful. I think that everyone should learn from those young people how to deliver the highest quality of customer care. Thank you very much once again. Highly recommended and appreciated

Scam company (Gdansk airport)avoid no matter how good price of rental is. Cars are prepared with waxing and polishing to hid small scratches and they will appear on the day you do carwash. They will charge you for dirty car even if was washed and valeted. They are not answering emails in thee dispute-they just inform you what you have been billed for. In 15 years of renting cars did not have such a experience and did not trust the negatives reviews here tempted with the rental price. It was mistake. Do not rent from them!!!

The car was fine and the service at the reception was kind.
We had to wash our car, this is strange in our opinion. Specially at 6 in the morning.

Dobra obsluga, przejrzyste zasady , Krakow absolutnie bez problemu

At the airport there was no one waiting for me with a sign, as I was informed and according the documents I got. Shuttle was not able to come and pick me up after a phone call (I had to wait 30 min and was recommended to walk there). So I had to walk around 15 min to get there (if you don't have a gps, it is very difficult to get there). The brush ro clean the cristal were not cleaning at all, so that the window stayed quite dirti during my trip. It was obvious that they were not changing the brush nor checking for a good while because it was obvious to notice it.

Wypożyczałem samochód na lotnisku w Katowicach Pyrzowicach i wszystko przebiegło wzorowo. Dostałem prawie nową Dacię Jogger w wersji hybrydowej, automat – idealne auto na podróż, wygodne i oszczędne. Obsługa była bardzo miła i rzetelna, wszystko zostało dokładnie wyjaśnione.

Oddanie samochodu również odbyło się bez problemu – nie było obsługi na miejscu, ale zgodnie z instrukcją zostawiłem kluczyki w skrzynce i to wystarczyło. Cała procedura była prosta i bez komplikacji.

Nie rozumiem osób, które mają problemy z tą firmą – w moim przypadku nie pojawiły się żadne niejasności czy trudności. Wszystko było przejrzyste i zgodne z ustaleniami.

Jedynie zauważyłem, że firma prowadzi rozmowy w sprawie lepszych warunków dotyczących shuttle z wypożyczalni na samo lotnisko, bo współpracująca firma transportowa nie do końca się sprawdziła (chodziło o niedzielę rano, godzina 8:00). Ale ostatecznie i ten temat udało się dobrze rozwiązać.

Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić Carwiz każdemu – kiedy znów przylecę do Polski ze Stanów, na pewno ponownie skorzystam z ich usług.

Carwiz Poland, no aconsejo para nada contratar un coche de alquiler con esta empresa, por lo que veo en los comentarios y por mi experiencia engañan a los extranjeros ya que no les merece la pena reclamar al ser de otro país, A mi me estafaron 432 Euros a principios de Agosto, recogí el coche en Varsovia y lo entregamos en Cracovia una semana después, una vez visitadas otras ciudades, me entregaron un coche lleno de arañazos según pude comprobar cuando me enviaron el correo con los desperfectos del coche y otro con los que según ellos yo le hice, arañazos algunos inapreciables y otros comprobables que coincidían con las fotos de recogida y entrega, el coche viajo de hotel en hotel y aparcado en zona de discapacitado anchas y sin coches cerca, nos movíamos en Uber por las ciudades que visitamos, en fin soy otro estafado como las personas que han comentado aquí, no se puede entregar a un cliente un coche lleno de arañazos y con aviso de: se sugiere cambiar el aceite y no avisar de los desperfectos, se debe de entregar en condiciones y sin engañar al cliente ya que también me quisieron cobrar el tanque de gasoil, que ya lo había pagado al recogerlo en Varsovia, al llegar a la entrega nos dijeron que todo ok y nos fuimos a coger el avión, al llegar a Málaga recibí un correo con la sorpresa, ya avise a Viajes el Corte Ingles para que no contraten con esta empresa si no quieren tener problemas con los clientes. no pongo menos puntuación porque no se puede.

I used CarWiz at Wrocław airport It was great experience very helpful desk service, polite and informative. Car was not the model and make I ordered online in UK but it was all good. I received my full deposit back within 24h from dropping off the keys. I was a little surprised that there was no checks when car was returned but maybe this is something to consider.

This company is a scam, we hired a car in Szczecin Airport in July 2025 and after a drop off they charged us 400 euros for a chip on the windscreen that was not existing. We challenged Carwiz and they issued and e-mail saying we’ll receive a refund. Still waiting and customer support is not replying to my emails! Please avoid!
