Je loue une voiture 160€ avec une assurance pour 90€ avant de partir, j'arrive sur place et on me refuse la location car mon nom d'usage n'est pas celui sur mon permis, qui est mon nom de jeune fille. J'ai montré carte identité, livret de famille, carte bleue. Il a bien reconnu que c'était moi mais il fallait que je prenne une autre assurance. Coût 280€ supplémentaire. Ça fait cher la location !!!! ARNAQUE organisée à Cracovie. Agent désagréable. A fuir

voiture louée 6 jours via Booking a Cracovie avec assurance complete.une fois sur place le loueur me demande 30e/jour d'assurance car ma,CB mastercard gold n'a pas la,fonction credit pour la caution.ce n'etait inscrit nulle part sur booking nous etions,plusieurs au comptoir dans le meme cas j'ai protesté,appelé l'assistance de booking qui n'a,rienpu faire..
le loueur est descendu a,25e/jour+1/2plein de 50e a,regler soit 200e de plus que les,150e de depart assurance incluse!
donc gare aux prix bas encore une fois!
au retour je fais part de mon mecontentement aupres de l'employé present qui me donne,ses coordonnées pour passer par lui sans franchise a regler la,prochaine fois!!
j'ai,donc eula,confirmation que cette societé arnaque bien ses clients!!

worst experience ever, not only did they make things more difficult than it should have, but also acted in bad faith. something they could have done easily in their system, decided to refuse to get some extra cash. thankfully I had a good insurance and went with another rental car provider

We arrived at Antalya at 9pm at around 10pm the driver arrived with a 5 seater car. We had booked a 7 seater as we were 7 people. Manager of the company said there was no 7 seaters cars. The driver drove off and left us with no explanation. Do not use this company. Completely ruined our holiday.

Über CHECK24 einen günstigen Mietwagen bei FlexToGo am Flughafen Düsseldorf gebucht. Vor Ort wurde meine physische Mastercard/Visa mit der Begründung „Online-Bank“ nicht akzeptiert.
Der Aushang an der Station sowie die Buchungsbestätigung akzeptieren jedoch ausdrücklich Mastercard und Visa und schließen nur Debitkarten, Bargeld und virtuelle Karten aus. Ein Verbot von Karten bestimmter Banken steht nirgends.
Statt das Auto zu den gebuchten Konditionen herauszugeben, wurde mir ein teures „Full Protection / Verzicht auf Selbstbehalt“-Paket für 370 € aufgedrängt. Die Kaution wurde dadurch auf 0 gesetzt. Ich habe unterschrieben, um nicht ohne Auto dazustehen.
Das Vorgehen fühlte sich wie eine klassische Upselling-Masche an. Die Reklamation wurde bereits abgewiesen.
Von solchen Praktiken rate ich dringend ab – besser andere Anbieter wählen

Jestem zadowolona z obsługi koło lotniska w Jasionce. Obsługa profesjonalna zadbała o dostarczenie auta na czas dzięki czemu nie musiałam czekać w nocy w zimnie. Zdecydowanie skorzystam z usług ponownie

Très Mauvais service , ils essayent de vous arnaquer par tous les moyens .j'avais déjà payé la réservation en ligne et le monsieur du comptoir voulait ajouter 12€ par jour parceque j'ai 72 ans .
Et quand je reviens 1h après pour prendre la voiture il avait déjà annulé la réservation sans me rendre mon argent.

Korzystałem z usług Flex2Go przy wynajmie Mercedesa GLC i muszę przyznać, że całe doświadczenie było na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Proces rezerwacji był szybki i intuicyjny, a obsługa klienta profesjonalna i pomocna na każdym etapie.

Samochód był w idealnym stanie – czysty, zadbany i świetnie wyposażony, co znacząco podniosło komfort jazdy. Mercedes GLC sprawdził się doskonale zarówno w mieście, jak i podczas dłuższej trasy – prowadzi się płynnie i zapewnia wysoki poziom wygody.

Dużym plusem była również przejrzystość warunków wynajmu oraz brak ukrytych kosztów. Odbiór i zwrot pojazdu przebiegły sprawnie i bezproblemowo.

Zdecydowanie polecam Flex2Go każdemu, kto szuka niezawodnej firmy do wynajmu samochodu klasy premium. Na pewno skorzystam ponownie!

The pre booked car was not ready when we arrived on time. It took 2 hours before we were given the car but them we couldn't get out of yhe car park because they had forgotten to log the registration number into the parking system.
When we returned the car all was well until weeks later when the charged Eur1000 to my credit card. They claimed this was fir a small scuff on yhe top of the rear bumper even though this was from a previous rental. Just to rub salt into the wound they charged this in GBP via DCC so they could gouge an extra 4%. How could they charge for pre-existing damage? No problem, they just forged my signature on the return form! So just scammers with a thin veneer of a car rental " service".

Rental was 246, extra cost was 350... Do NOT book here.... Scam

I hired a rental car from them and the car was fine and good price , when I hired the car they asked myself to check over the car for any damage , I had a quick check over the car and seen a small scratch on the rear Drivers side door, I took a photo and told them they said ok. Most car hire companies give you a diagram with any damage on it marked off ,I also bought there insurance at first to fully cover me , but the next day I received an email saying it had been canceled , so I got a separate insurance from a independent insurance company.
On return of the car they checked the car over and pointed some minute scratches on the car at the bottom of the bumper that were very hard to see and not even visible till really close up ,it is pretty obvious they charge very cheap for car rental and then hit you with a bill at the e end , would never use these again , they are a absolute disgrace and are having people over

Very low price. To good to be true. Booked via their app as to get discount. Waited for long time at meeting point, no one showed up. No local phone number to call. No one at airport knew of them. Good thing we did not pre pay the booking. Stay away!

Esperienza negativa e pratica poco trasparente.

Ho noleggiato un’auto con Flex To Go in Germania e, al momento del ritiro, ho chiaramente comunicato al personale la mia intenzione di recarmi a Strasburgo (Francia).

Successivamente mi è stata applicata una penale di 500€ per utilizzo del veicolo all’estero, sulla base di una clausola che non mi è stata spiegata né evidenziata al momento della consegna.

Ritengo questa pratica poco trasparente e potenzialmente scorretta, in quanto una condizione essenziale del contratto non è stata comunicata in modo chiaro. Ho agito in buona fede, dichiarando apertamente il mio itinerario.

Consiglio a chiunque di:
- verificare attentamente tutte le condizioni sull’uso all’estero
- richiedere autorizzazioni scritte
- non fare affidamento su quanto detto verbalmente al banco

Sto attualmente contestando l’addebito.

Esperienza da evitare se si cerca chiarezza e correttezza.
