Absolutely terrible company who I will never use again. I booked a vehicle with them and on returning clean, fuelled with no damage, they took money from my credit card for existing damage. I contacted them and exchanged multiple emails showing that the damage was there on my original paperwork, but they ignored this. The only way I got my money back was by raising a dispute through my credit card company who immediately agreed with me and refunded the transaction. I have rented hundreds of cars through work and personally and never has as terrible an experience.
Please avoid this company at all costs as my experience of them was dreadful.

I highly recommend Carwiz- it’s a reliable and honest company - not like WheeGo(never go to them).
I’ve got an excellent experience with Carwiz and their stuff. Throughout the trust I gained to them I’ll be renting the car in the future as well with them.

Even that our flight was delayed there was no problem with picking us up from the airport and collecting our car. Returning was also very easy without any hassle. Especially the we wete traveling from Krakow airport to Kościelisko straight after our flight. Without a car we would be stuck at the airpord with a child.
Thank you to the personel that was working at the desk that day 11.01.26 for monitoring our flight and staing in tuch so we were up dated with our car situation. Ania

Absolute nightmare experience,

The process of picking up the car took nearly two hours on Christmas evening; it was an absolute nightmare. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and scandalous, and their rudeness and arrogance were evident at the highest level. This was not only directed towards myself and my wife, but also towards two other customers who were also waiting for the car. In my 20 years of experience renting cars worldwide, I have never witnessed anyone crying in a car rental place. Car Wiz was the first place. I lack the time to detail how distressing these two hours were; however, I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs. The car that was released was in tragic condition, a worn-out Yaris dirty all around. I have asked several times to give me a different car; the only response was, "If you don't like it, walk away."

Błagam Was, nie korzystajcie z tej wypożyczalni! Rodzina wypożyczyła auto na lotnisku w Gdańsku. Od samego początku były problemy z tą firmą, a dzisiejszy dzień to wręcz nieprawdopodobna niekompetencja osób, z którymi mieliśmy nieprzyjemność prowadzić rozmowy telefoniczne.
Unikać jak ognia!
Nie zasługują na żadną gwiazdkę. To absurd, że linie lotnicze ich rekomendują.

Nie polecam nie odbierają telefonów, na miejscu okazało się że rezerwacja jest anulowana. Bo jest ważna przez godzinę, a jak wspomniałam nie reagują na maile ani telefony. Ale pieniążki wzięte nie to że nie no i oczywiście nie ma zwrotu.

To są oszuści i chciałbym przedstawić system, w jaki działają.
Na pierwszy rzut oka kuszą bardzo tanim wynajmem samochodu. W moim przypadku za 5 dni zapłaciłem zaledwie 20 euro za całkiem przyzwoite auto. Problem zaczyna się później. Na miejscu intensywnie próbują naciągnąć klienta na dodatkowe – drogie ubezpieczenie. Jeśli go nie wykupicie, musicie liczyć się z tym, że przy zwrocie samochodu będzie on sprawdzany niezwykle dokładnie — u mnie trwało to około 40 minut. Dlatego trzeba przyjechać na lotnisko znacznie wcześniej.
Samochody, co zresztą potwierdzają inne opinie, są zazwyczaj już mocno porysowane. Ja również dostałem auto pełne drobnych rys (35!!! Swoją drogą dziwne że pobierają opłaty i nie eliminują tych zarysowań i uszkodzeń. Robią to celowo, bo przy takiej ilości śladów, rys i uszkodzeń łatwo klienta naciągnąć na kolejne). W rzeczywistości były może 4 (CZTERY) wyraźniejsze zarysowania, a reszta to mikrorysy, które w NORMALNYCH wypożyczalniach w ogóle nie są uwzględniane! Takie mikro-ryski można zrobić nawet na myjni samochodowej. Co istotne, w regulaminie nie jest jasno określone, co uznają za zarysowanie, a co za zniszczenie. Nie ma też żadnego niezależnego rzeczoznawcy — to ich pracownicy sami ustalają kwotę, którą NATYCHMIAST obciążają klienta. W moim przypadku za rysę, która istniała już wcześniej, naliczyli prawie 1200 zł. 26.12 odpisali mojej firmie ubezpieczającej, że zwrócą pieniądze i do dnia dzisiejszego (8.01) pieniędzy jak nie było – tak nie ma.

Nie zapłaciłem tej kwoty, bo mam świetnego adwokata w Krakowie i ponieważ moja firma ubezpieczająca jest świetna i miałem nagranie z dowodami.
Dlatego dla was mam kilka ważnych rad:
Po pierwsze: wykupcie zewnętrzne ubezpieczenie. Polecam Global Warranty — roczne, obowiązujące na całym świecie. To najlepsze rozwiązanie, bo w razie oskarżeń o uszkodzenia to ubezpieczyciel zajmuje się sprawą.

Po drugie: przed odbiorem samochodu bardzo dokładnie nagrajcie auto dookoła. Najlepiej z różnych stron, powoli i bez pośpiechu. Zwróćcie uwagę na odbicia światła — u mnie było słonecznie i część rys nie była widoczna na pierwszy rzut oka. Nagrajcie karoserię, felgi, szyby, dach, a nawet spód auta.

Dodatkowo zróbcie zdjęcia wszystkich widocznych rys i uszkodzeń.

Zróbcie to wszystko, zanim ruszycie z miejsca, bo później mogą próbować obciążyć Was kosztami za coś, czego nie zrobiliście. Tak właśnie działają i w ten sposób zarabiają pieniądze.

Poza tym ZEROWY kontakt! ZERO odpowiedzi. Brak szacunku dla klienta! Do tej pory nie odpisali ani razu. Oczywiście na pewno pod tym komentarzem będą udawać jak bardzo im zależy na rozwiązaniu tej sprawy. Prawda jest taka, że to OSZUŚCI, NACIĄGACZE i NIE MAJĄ SZACUNKU DO KLIENTÓW!

Stanowczo odradzam korzystanie z tej firmy. Do dziś nie oddali mi pieniędzy, które niesłusznie próbowali ode mnie wyłudzić.

Zero stars if it would let me. Terrible service. With unhelpful staff. Avoid and go elsewhere in airport there’s many more ( proper) car hire companies.
Reserved car to be told on arrival it had been rented elsewhere and reservation had expired as they only hold for an hour. Staff member unhelpful and smirked all through. I have since read reviews and find this to be a sham /scamming company that charges for pre existing damage when you return the car and keeps your deposit.

Modelin Airport
Good car for reasonable price. We got Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid (exactly the model we booked) 2023-year build, 90000 km, but in very good shape. Since we pay for full insurance, no credit card needed. They blocked 500 pln as deposit on debit card. Deposit was unblocked within one hour after we return car.
We also paid for option to return car unclean. This is little bit strange option, but almost all Polish car rental companies requiring to return car in clean condition, inside and outside. “Clean” they mean really clean, at least same clean as you got car. This will require you to search for carwash point very near to return point, which is not always available! So we recommend to purchase option to return car unclean.
Finally, we can highly recommend this rental company, in case you ready to pay for full insurance and unclean return.

Good price, nice fast service, very nice people served me at rent and at return. Many times I rented the car from Carwiz...always good cars and service.
