Good service, prompt delivery, great price, and very helpful customer service

You can tell the materials are high quality. But the videos and guidance on digging out are misleading anything 10ft and over you will want an excavator. None of the videos associated with the sized showcase an excavator, they should really just to prepare people. The soil quality of your dig and proximity to established trees will have a significant bearing on how clean your hole dig is and how time consuming.

I think they should make this clearer, it is written on the instructions, but not in the videos.

The rope toggles for the padding in particular are a challenge. However on the whole (mind the pun) it is fantastic you can tell they have put together a quality product and the assembly is super simple. The groundwork is not.

Excellent service. Item delivered quickly and looks great. Hoping replacement pads las longer than last ones and the mesh material deteriorated quickly after sun exposure. Quite expensive but certainly reduces slap noise.

My children love the end result. Digging and installing not as straightforward and took a couple of evenings but worth the wait! Thanks

Quality product - very well put together - solid construction. Quite OK to build it yourself - digging the whole is the toughest - good instructions for building the trampoline. Only minor niggle is attaching the spring pads is a but tricky. Can't compare with other in ground trampolines, but this is highly recommended and kids love it.

We bought a North performer trampoline for our girl’s birthday. The delivery came a few weeks before their birthday and it stayed boxed up until their big day. When I started putting it together it was clear there were bits missing, actually turned out to be a whole box! Capital play were brilliant, they sent the missing box the next day along with a free basketball hoop! The trampoline is great, do wish all the boxes had all been there in the first place but equally I didn’t check for a good couple of weeks and the way it was dealt with when I realised was superb. Thoroughly recommend Capital play and the team at Chobham.

Bought the 14FT in ground trampoline. Kit was quality and instructions easy to follow. The ground work was really difficult. One person, a spade and a wheelbarrow meant it took a lot longer than planned. Worth it in the end though.
