I've had a really positive experience with North trampoline. Their customer service stands out as exceptional. They provided really helpful advice and we are delighted with the quality of their product which will see many years of use.

Our 12 year old daughter loves trampolining but had outgrown our old trampoline and was finding it restrictive. We had limited space to go much bigger and wanted to be sure that if we upgraded it would be worthwhile so I emailed asking for some advice.

They replied promptly, answering my questions thoughtfully and taking into consideration the types of tricks our daughter is doing. I discovered that although the same width, a longer, oval trampoline would be a significant improvement and based on her level decided on the Legend.

Last Sunday, highly motivated and beside herself with excitement, my 12 year old and her friend dragged the boxes to our driveway and started to build the trampoline. The three of us got it finished in a few hours and then they started bouncing. That afternoon she started doing harder tricks and combinations and she is on it all the time. It already feels like money well spent. We are really pleased, thank you.

Delivery was a nightmare. Have asked for a call back, heard nothing. Avoid!

Website states 3 working days for delivery.
Contacted company and spoke to representative. They said they would ring back with update on shipping. No contact received.
Shipping progress via Ship app totally unhelpful.
Order placed 10 days ago and still not received.
Kids back to school tomorrow. Great.

Great trampoline, really bouncy and stable. Issue with springs missing from delivery. Quickly sent out but issues with second delivery that I had to chase multiple times. Head office apologised and sent someone out to build the trampoline for me, much appreciated.

We are so thrilled with our North trampoline. It has so much bounce and sits really nicely in the ground. My children are so happy with the quality. This had to be suitable for GCSE PE trampolining and it really is. Thank you for your hard work.

Excellent service. The guys arrived on time were so quick, neat and efficient and polite. A pleasure to have working in the garden. The trampoline is a huge hit with our kids and the trampoline itself is fantastic!

I have been able to purchase replacement jump mat, enclosure, springs, the cover for the springs and enclosure pole sleeves to make new my kids trampoline, which is very very well loved. They’ve had it since may 2022. Although this has been costly, I love the design of the legend, rather than spending days trying to thread rope around the base of the enclosure, this zips straight onto the matting. So valuing my time, replacing these parts was much easier. I’ve called to ensure the parts ordering was the correct parts and staff have been very helpful. Great product, great design, great staff! I purchased the trampoline for my grand daughter. I'm not sure if the supplier is one of the same company this review is about, could it be Capital Play or is it North Trampoline? The item is very good quality, far better than the products sold by general play equipment stores. This was an end of line item which was being sold at a seriously reduced price. Most definitely worth the money I paid. Had I paid the normal retail price of a product which is a different colour, I'm not too sure full price is value for money. I have been told spares will be available for the item I bought for many years to come, (if required), but already the company web site has changed re stock and I cant find a couple of accessories I knew were produced to fit it. Time will tell if I was told good or bad by the seller re parts. I tried to make contact about delivery to try and help the crew, at the time of writing this requested review I have never had a reply to my e mail(s). Thankfully the item was delivered, albeit 1.5hrs after the time given, hence a good reason to justify trying to help the courier find my house. Upon opening the packaging slip attached to one of the damaged boxes it mentions about receiving damaged boxes etc. As it was a Bank Holiday weekend, no one was available for contact. I did send an e mail to cover my back. Thankfully all parts were present and there were no damaged items. My grand daughter is loving the item, it is in a different league to the one she has had. Full 5 stars for the item, the supplier looses a star. In future years, who does the buyer contact for any accessory or part for the need of line item and just what accessories are available?

A single part was missing (one foam padding cushion) in the shipment. Fair enough, you think, it should be easy to get reshipped. But at North you have to send at least 10 emails back and forth before you are told to fill in a form that doesn't work. They market themselves as premium, but deliver anything but a premium trade. Buy the trampoline elsewhere

Great service, delivery as scheduled. Trampoline assembly surprisingly straightforward, managed to do it by myself in 90min. Daughter very pleased 😀

Really impressed with North Trampoline from start to finish. The advice on sizing was spot on and the installation was smooth and hassle-free.

Sam and his team were friendly, professional, and took real care, even clearing up leaves and relaying the grass they’d moved. The trampoline is super high, we are all getting loads of use out of it - even through the winter!

So far the product seems great, but we got stumped a couple of times with the assembly. The instructions / visuals could have been better.

It was definitely user error, but we spent over an hour extra assembling.

That said the product looks and feels excellent so far, hopefully it lasts a good amount of time.
