Pretty decent.
Once ordered the package arrived speedily, it was intact, no damage. Delivery chaps were polite and put it where I asked. Considering how heavy it was they didn't complain.
Wasn't expecting much of the shed due to the price, but as metal sheds go its pretty decent.
Relatively study even though the panels are very thin. It wouldn't take much of a bang to dent them. But once up and secured its pretty good. Tip: don't try to erect it of there is a strong wind. The panels are light and act like a sail. Not sure how waterproof it will be, but we are reasonably happy so far.
Knocked off a star because of the shocking instructions. However thankfully, the only way to figure it out was all the parts are numbered. Its just not clear. Actual photos would be better. Or better still a YouTube 'how to' video.

I got a disabled walkers from this company .from ordering to getting notice of it coming ,it has been A☆.The only thing was the delivery, I asked for the walkers to be delivered to my door and they left it at the main door.,but the service from the company is second to none.

Poor service, even worse delivery
Poor service. Ordered a chest of drawers which was delivered seriously damaged. Requested replacement which was lost, three weeks later after daily chasing online, 2nd replacement arrived again seriously damaged. Eventually got a refund. Certainly wouldn't use again.

I am incredibly sorry to read about your experience and the immense frustration this has caused. Receiving a damaged chest of drawers is disappointing enough, but having the replacement lost in transit and a second replacement arrive damaged is completely unacceptable.

I bought a Garden table set in July
I bought a Garden table set in July , the set was damaged under the table and bench , it had missing bolts and screws , split support batons under the table
baton cut to short and bolts missing under bench, and numerous items other hidden defects not noticed and on top of that they believe that because it was signed for that they are not responsible for the damages, which indeed does go against the 2015 Consumers Rights Act. They claim to be a company that pride themselves with quality products to a high craftmanship but merely words , this item was the poorest workmanship I have seen , screws Rammed in so deep in the wood causing it to spilt the wood ,some sticking out and impossible to remove , Avoid This company like the Plague at all cost , They are not an Honest Company to deal with.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always disappointed when a customer is unhappy, but we feel it is important to provide the full context of this situation for anyone reading your review.
You have stated that our actions go against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under UK consumer law, retailers are required to offer a repair, a replacement, or a refund for defective goods. In your case, we offered all three.
Firstly, we offered to send a skilled tradesperson to your property, completely free of charge, to exchange the tabletop, replace the under-seat support, and secure the screws you mentioned. You explicitly declined this free repair.
Following this, we arranged a free collection for Monday, 29th June, to retrieve the furniture and issue a full refund. We did not ask you to dismantle the items or pay for return shipping. Our driver arrived as scheduled and waited at your property for nearly 30 minutes, but no one was home. You subsequently contacted us to confirm that you wished to retain the items rather than return them.
Instead of accepting a free home repair or a full refund, you demanded a 25% cash discount (£126.25) to keep the furniture. When we refused this and offered a final £40 goodwill gesture, you escalated the matter to PayPal.
PayPal independently reviewed the entire case history, the communication logs, and the clean Proof of Delivery you signed after our driver went out of his way to lightly sand the goods at your request upon original delivery. After reviewing all the evidence, PayPal officially closed the dispute—and your subsequent appeal—entirely in our favour.
We completely reject the claim that we are an unfair or dishonest company. We went above and beyond to offer every reasonable remedy available under consumer law, which you chose not to accept in pursuit of a cash discount.
As detailed in our final deadlock letter, we consider this matter fully concluded by the payment gateway's independent ruling.

Not the best experience
Initial response after placing an order for an angled companion seat was speedy and I should have received item with 1 week or placing order. One part of the item received on the advised delivery date. After emails and telephone calls a second box arrived 10 days later containing something which I had not ordered. After more emails and another week later another box arrived containing the balance of my order but with an incorrect part. After another email and correct part arrived completing my order which was approximately 4 weeks after the initial delivery date. The seat was not the easiest to put together but with help got there eventually. Not sure who was to blame, the retailer, the manufacturer, or the courier but certainly put be off ordering anything again

You are entirely justified in your disappointment; receiving an order in four staggered, incorrect stages over four weeks falls completely short of the seamless service we strive to provide.
You kindly mentioned that you were unsure whether to blame the retailer, the manufacturer, or the courier. Ultimately, as the retailer you placed your trust and money with, the responsibility rests with us.
It appears there was a severe, cascading failure between the manufacturer's dispatch facility and the courier's handling of a multi-box consignment, resulting in misrouted tracking and incorrect parts being delivered. However, regardless of where the physical breakdown occurred within the supply chain, it is unacceptable that you had to bear the brunt of it through constant emails and phone calls to get it sorted.
We are actively raising this specific dispatch failure with our manufacturer to ensure their quality control and courier labeling processes are urgently reviewed.
We deeply appreciate your exceptional patience, both in working with our team to get the correct parts delivered and in persevering with the assembly. We are glad the companion seat is now complete and that you got there in the end, but we remain genuinely sorry for the unacceptable journey it took to get there.

A month!
Poor workmanship and I have to wait a month for an exchange!
I asked for a refund on 13.8.26 and received the following reply the same day:
'The manufacturer has advised the driver will collect your item on the 05.09.26 for a refund instead of an exchange.
Once this has been collected please let us know and we will arrange for the refund to be processed. '
Today, 21.8.26 I received their Trustpilot response. Hmmm. There's no point me contacting them again to get the same answer. The 'rocker' chair and I will just have to wait until Summer is over.
29 August: They already have my order number and several email communications. No further response as yet.

Because we specialise in large garden buildings and heavy furniture, our items are not typically held as standard "off-the-shelf" stock. When a specific component needs to be replaced, it often has to be freshly manufactured or shipped directly from our partner factories across Europe. Unfortunately, this means that replacement lead times can sometimes take several weeks to navigate the manufacturing and freight network.
However, we entirely agree that waiting a month to resolve a quality control failure is a deeply frustrating experience, and it falls short of the seamless service we strive to provide. We will be raising this specific quality failure with the manufacturer.

Waited for the garden furniture longer than expected, but the date for delivery was the date it arrived. The goods arrived early in the morning, the Arbour was good quality, excellent price. Assembled quickly by a very nice man called Sal. I would use this company again.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service, took 2 weeks to respond when my item was delivered broken/faulty, still not resolved 6 weeks later. They are trying to fob me off with consumer guidelines but as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I have rights and they are not being abide to.

I ordered an AKAI 9000 BTU portable air…
I ordered an AKAI 9000 BTU portable air conditioner from Garden Chic on 18 June 2026 because the product was shown as available.
On 19 June, customer service specifically told me that my order was being processed and should be shipped later that day or on Monday, with delivery expected by the middle of the following week. I relied on that update and waited for dispatch.
On 23 June, after I contacted them again because I had received no tracking information, they checked with the manufacturer and discovered that the item had been oversold and could not be supplied.
Garden Chic cancelled the order and refunded me promptly, which I acknowledge. However, my concern was that I had been given a specific assurance that dispatch was imminent before the company had verified that the stock actually existed.
I raised a formal complaint and escalated it to senior management. They refused compensation and offered only a 5% discount on a future purchase.
Although I received my refund, the stock-control process and communication caused unnecessary delay during a period when portable air conditioners were in high demand. Based on my experience, I would advise customers to ask Garden Chic to verify physical stock before relying on any estimated dispatch date.

To provide some context on how this situation occurred, like many online retailers, we utilise a direct-dispatch model for certain technical appliances, meaning the item ships directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. During extreme weather events, physical stock for air conditioners moves at an unprecedented, nationwide rate.
The processing update you received on 19 June was an automated status based on the manufacturer's live stock feed and standard lead times at the point your order was passed to them. Unfortunately, by the time the manufacturer’s warehouse team physically reached your order allocation, their stock had been entirely depleted.
As soon as the manufacturer notified us of this oversell on Monday 22 June, we immediately contacted you and processed a full refund back to your original payment method on Tuesday 23 June.
While we always strive to fulfil every order, when a supplier experiences an unexpected stock failure, our absolute priority—and our legal obligation—is to return your funds immediately so you are free to source the item elsewhere. As our senior management team explained during your formal escalation, we cannot offer financial compensation to cover the price difference of a higher-priced unit you independently chose to purchase from another retailer.
We appreciate your acknowledgement of our prompt communication and swift refund process, and we are genuinely sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order on this specific occasion.
